Big and very comfy bed

Shower could have been cleaner. There was black hair and a leftover razor case in the shower which kind of grossed me out, but otherwise very happy with our stay.

Yes— everything was good

Check-in took an hour of waiting and I have been there before and each time you have to allow for at least an hour to an hour and a half to wait in line just to check into your hotel room here, and then if any airline staff come through, which is all the time, they will let them cut in front of you and serve them first

I was there for a meal, bath and sleep. None of them were satisfied. The bar that was listed as open (and the reason i chose this one) was not, the restaurant was understaffed and food not worth the wait, my bath temperature was boiling hot and no one came after 45 minutes so i resorted to ice cubes in the bath. The bed was older than my grandmother! Never again..

Great hotel with traditional decor. Friendly staff and excellent food. Had issue checking in (they couldn't initially find my booking I think) but was sorted quickly and was given a room upgrade as I had had to wait a little longer than expected. Thank you for a great stay!
