Hotel mal conservado e com aparência de usado. Bem localizado e com staff maravilhoso. Mas, deixa muito a desejar na estrutura. Nem parece um Mercure.

O banheiro do quarto apresentou vazamento da área de banho para a área do sanitário, a torneira de água fria do banho com defeitos, o piso do corredor e do quarto precisa ser melhorado e o café da manhã muito fraco, sendo demorado a repos

Aline from the restaurant was amazing! We stayed for about 2 weeks here and she was the highlight. She was kind, courteous and always took care of us. The hotel itself was clean and the front desk was friendly. Pro tips: the elevators take a very long time so plan ahead for that. Also, make sure to charge your room key at the front desk before you try to go upstairs because they run out of “battery” quickly. If you don’t, you’ll have to keep going up and down (learn from us and do this every time you leave and come back so that you can save yourself from the headache of dealing with the elevators). Otherwise, great location and access to local amenities! Loved that Dilplomata was right next door!

Péssima estadia. Sem água quente, cortaram a água pela manhã sem avisar!!! O almoço é péssimo. Demora no atendimento, demora na entrega do pedido. Péssima experiência por ser Mercure!

Sometimes the elevator wouldn't open so I had to go down a floor to "reset" it. Other than that the hotel was pretty nice.

Hotel precisa de uma reforma geral.....Elevadores nao funcionam, paredes, chao e teto imundos e descascados, aspecto horrivel. Nao fiquem neste hotel. É horroroso !

Nice check in and check out. Nice ocean view from top floors. Nice location. Breakfast room too small. Room needs some maintenance.

Hotel is in a good location next to the beach with free parking. Condition of the rooms is in between modern and a little older. The bed, desk, and TV were all modern but the bathroom was not. It was cramped and the fixtures were outdated. We lost hot water one night and it did not come back on. Otherwise the hotel is fine given the location near the beach.
