Hotel was excellent,! The vibe was very young and very cool. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the gym, and the restaurant very much. The beach out front was amazing and the bars, shops and restaurants right out the front door were amazing. Location couldn't have been any better.

We stayed in a junior suite and our view was amazing. We loved the balcony and watching the sun over the water. I was excited to find that they provided a flat iron in addition to a hairdryer in the bathroom. We also loved the living area and the side table Bluetooth speaker. The breakfast was incredible, probably the best I’ve ever had. We loved playing pool, buying coffee from the cafe and laying out at the pool. The decor was amazing and the hotel employees were so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again!

This is hands down one of the best hotels to stay in. Spend the money and enjoy the stay. The staff is friendly and the beach view is in matched. You walk downstairs and you are on the beach. Free sun chairs at the pool or €24 a day on the beach for two chairs and umbrella. The restaurant is great and the rooms were clean and everything you want for a vacation.

What a vibe of a hotel would recommend! Only down side was I was put in an accessible room on the lower floor and the shower was more of a wet room and the water leaked into the hallway but I just threw some towels down.

We had a lovely sea view, the staff were really helpful, the food was excellent and the hotel was beautiful but there was just a few negatives, the toilet paper was only one ply which is false economy and the towels in the room were so thin and not the big fluffy towels we're used to in a hotel of this standard

Everything about Zel Mallorca felt special — from the beautiful design and perfect amenities to the warm atmosphere the team creates. A special thank you to Sol, who made our check-in experience absolutely perfect from the very first moment, and to Marina Jimenez, who went above and beyond to help us during check-out with such kindness and professionalism. Both of them genuinely made us feel welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout our stay. Staff like them are rare and deserve real recognition. Every day, the team provided fresh water for my dog and kept our beautiful room spotless. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The breakfast was top-notch, with an incredible view of the beach. We also loved the concept of having no traditional reception desk while still always having friendly staff nearby, ready to help with a genuine smile. Tip for future guests: if you are planning to rent a car, keep in mind that parking is available for a fee, so it’s better to be prepared in advance. My wife, my dog, and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we will absolutely be coming back again hopefully very soon.

Smooth and efficient check in and room was ready before mid-day. Staff were excellent explaining the amenities offered in the hotel and also throughout our stay. Fantastic room with an unrestricted view of the Med. We will definitely be back to Zel Mallorca, just wish we had booked for longer!

Beautiful hotel. Great service. Conveniently located by taxi approximately 20 min to Palma city center. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on strip you can walk. Restaurant in hotel is delicious. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Beach front property- but no beach lounge chairs that belong to hotel- you need to rent them separately.

had a bit of problems of the arrival as they reserved the wrong room for me but after a night and adjustmente they made worth. it’s my second year in Zel and i would definitely come back
