Excellent accueil à l’arrivée, moins bien le matin. Chambre confortable, télécommande TV infantilisante.

Très bien accueillis par l'agent présent ce soir du dimanche 10 mai, excellent et copieux petit déjeuner le lendemain.

Hôtel parfaitement adapté à une famille pour une pause repos, grand choix de restauration autour. Petit déjeuner sympa. Déco super cool, chambre juste comme il faut. Pas de doute on reviendra !

We usually stay in Ibis Style hotels when travelling. They have always been smart, modern and attractive. This one is very poor. The building is in peer condition, the interior drab, the carpeting in public areas quite dreadful. The room was tired but clean. On the positive side we were gree ted by a young member of staff who was charming and helpful.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the corridors and room. There was a particularly unpleasant smell in both. The staff were pleasant and checked us in efficiently . We went for breakfast about 7:30 but it looked as if it had been well picked over and croissant and other things had not been refilled. The restaurant was closed and we were directed to an independent eatery across the car park. I had the worst steak ever and although I pointed out to the staff that it was very fatty, I did not even get an apology. We will not stay here again

We were given a Disabled room on ground floor. The room itself was very tired and needed updating. The bedside reading lamps did not work and the carpet needs replacing. The shower was terrible. The door would not open completely as it was scraping on the floor. The shower fitting was broken so it was necessary to hold the shower head when showering. It was a wet room and when the floor got wet it was very slippery and dangerous. The breakfast was very poor. The orange juice maker was broken and the selection of food was very poor not up to the normal standard of Ibis Styles. We were glad to leave.

First class, as ever

Very handy stop over en route to northern France. Restaurant next door was handy for our late arrival. Good breakfast.

We loved the style and the brightness of room. All very clean, the welcome card was nice to read. About the breakfast when we had ours around 9:30am their were a lot of food spaces empty, the staff a lady she didn't speak English and she was very very very rude when I asked for milk and bread and fruit. The taste of food available for me and my family was ok.

Comfort beds, good breakfast, very clean and very good customer service.

Very friendly staff, clean room with extra bed for children, excellent buffet breakfast included.

Average hotel in fairly uninteresting area. Did the job though. Nothing too bad, nothing too great.

This is a nice small hotel in Angouleme France. The staff was great and even with our language barriers, we managed to communicate. Compared to older hotels in the region, this hotel has all the modern amenities with Air conditioning, free WI-FI, and free breakfast. Also, there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

All good as previous 4 stays, but why no English language channel on the TV, BBC world news or even CNN is otherwise generally available. Also, the toilet seat did not fit properly, maybe a replacement? Other than those 2 minor gripes, as excellent as ever, 10 out of 10

Great service. Kid friendly. Lovely breakfast.
