Beautifully hot

Hotel was beautifully kept ,with tasteful decor. Reception staff were cheery and helpful and the indoor leisure centre was really enjoyable. Food at night lovely. Great stay

Overall an great stay on problems experienced was we were given an out of order room at 1st by mistake as work was being done in the bathroom

I did reach out to the hotel - but they didn’t come back to me. The room was dirty from previous guests - used tampon in the bin. Our lamp was broken. The wallpaper was peeling off. The bed was on wheels and uncomfortable. Really really gutted.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very well appointed. The hotel was very well situated to town centre - parking ample and easy.

Room was clean and comfortable. A bit of noise as we had an adjoining room but it did not disturb our nights sleep. Breakfast was good quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
