Good breakfast, simple but comfortable room. Supermarket and cash-point just across the road. Walking distance to many attractions.

Overall it was nice but the rooms are very small. We stayed for 7 days and it became suffocating. No coffee maker or fridge in the room. No room service or onsite restaurant. Small refrigerator with snacks in the lobby. Onsite bar was nice. No ice machines available, however you can get ice from the bar in a cup whenever you ask. Breakfast was 7/10. Good variety and fresh stuff. IF we ever return to Germany will probably stay somewhere else.

Place was clean but not worth the price. Filled out the pre-check in paperwork warning that we would be there before 12pm to leave our bags before check in but guy at front desk was rude when we asked to leave our bags. Eventually let us check in early but muttered something under his breath and didn’t feel welcoming at all. Lady at check out was much nicer.

The room was clean but tight for two people. There is a period inverted heating and ac season when the room is warm and stuffy but the only way to cool it is to open the windows. The street traffic before was noticeable all during the night. On clear nights one could sleep comfortably without running the heating of the ac with the windows closed.

Affordable, close to train station, grocery, river and old town. The room just needs some cleanings to remove fine dust.

I've stayed here before. It's an easy ride from the Frankfurt Airport to the Römisches Theater train stop and a short walk to the hotel from there. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable hotel , very handily across the road from a train station. The wifi was not working when I arrrived but the manager got straight onto it and it was fixed within 2 hours, and worked very well for the rest of my stay. The breakfast is excellent. Good location 2 minutes from the river and on the edge of the old town. I did not need parking.

Conveniently located opposite the train station and close to the central market area. Rooms are large enough and kept very clean. Breakfast is decent fare and covers all essentials. Bar service available and reception manned round the clock.

I found this hotel to be a good place to stay when in Mainz, Germany. It is conveniently located near a local train station and walking distance from the old town (Alstadt) and Rhine river front. My hotel room was spacious (the bathroom was pretty small though) but I guess for a single occupancy, it's okay. There was no fridge (or microwave) but all the other amenities were there and they were good. The bed was comfortable. The window allowed good amount of light and had a decent view. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get around from the location of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here.
