This was our second time staying- we love this Hotel. Staff is wonderful and the rooms and all is beautifully done. Highly recommend!!! Staff A+

Convenient to West LR, great for business travelers

I loved everything about it! The rooms are really beautiful!!!

Very nice staff overall! They did their best to accommodate us. However, after sleeping on those mattresses and paper thin pillows....our bodies hurt so bad the next day. Had we needed to stay in town longer, it would have been elsewhere. We won't be back again due to this.

Extremely cordial staff, inviting atmosphere and decor, and one of the best restaurants around make this place one of our favorites.

The only complaint we had was that you have to step all the way into the shower in order to turn on the water. The door closet to the faucet doesn’t open. Everything else was wonderful.

The Burgundy Hotel is in desperate need of a top to bottom overhaul.

The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. The restaurant is decent but overpriced for the quality of the food. You can get much better downtown for the same price. Great bartenders though! Rooms are big and comfortable. The updates made are ok, but the paint is kind of chipping, carpet is starting to lift in places, etc. My only real issue is that the entire place is full of cheap, artificial air freshener and scented cleaning products and it’s truly awful.

The Burgundy Hotel is modern and everything works. The rooms are spacious and well.layed out. Parking is convenient. Price was good.

Size and comfort of room…. Separate sitting area was awesome. On-site restaurant was excellent. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.
