On arrival we were greeted by a very nice clerk at the desk. We were told about all the amenities in the hotel as well as close by. Our room was spotless, modern and everything we required for our night's stay.

The hotel had so many pot smokers (along with cigarette smokers) and was in a very sketchy neighborhood. Had to ask the front desk if they could refill their snack shelves since they were mostly empty. The place is new, but AWFUL

Very clean hotel. Cleaning staff came every day and went beyond to ensure all supplies were restocked, towels etc. Pool and recreation facilities onsite are the best available in this whole area for any hotel. Good location, can walk to countless restaurants nearby, and easy to get to highways.

The room as amazing and perfect for our needs(three beds). Parking was a nightmare because it is shared with another hotel. The pool wasn't working for our entire stay but we were allowed to use the other hotels pool but every time we went to use the pool it was booked for private swimming lesson and were told we couldn't use the pool. not ideal when you book the hotel because you have small kids that want to swim. That being said would definitely book again.

All of the staff was wonderful! Check-in was super friendly, housekeeping was very helpful, and other staff even helped us to put together a mobility scooter! Two pools out of three were available for us to use. All were clean and well stocked with towels. Parking was free and ample. Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately there didn’t seem to be any hot water during our stay. That was an inconvenience for us as we weren’t able to take showers. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights.

We stayed for one night, and overall, the suite served its purpose as a place to sleep before checking out early the next morning. A few things stood out during our stay. The carpet did not look very clean, and the suite had many empty cabinets along with a large fridge, which felt a bit unusual. The suite we stayed in also did not have any windows, which made the space feel less comfortable. The suite was meant to accommodate six people, but only one small shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were provided, which did not seem sufficient for the room size. Overall, it met our basic needs for a short overnight stay, but there were definitely areas that could be improved.
