Tired hotel with huge potential. Everything was ok and clean. Breakfast was fine and staff nice.

Had a lovely stay here, centrally located and very walkable to anything you might want to see in Malmö. Breakfast buffet was top tier.

Everything was excellent also went to Lund from here nice visit

he hotel was great and just what we needed after being on a boat for 7 days.

Very well located in nice area which is 5 minutes from the central train station. We got a family superior room as we traveled with my teenage daughter and wanted her to have her to have her own space. The set up was great! Breakfast is fantastic especially for people with dietary restrictions. My daughter is Celiac and she had many options including gluten free pancakes which were made just for her. She loved it!

Lovely hotel, in a great location. We had a family room and it was spacious and comfortable. Staff were kind and friendly.

Well situated old hotel in vibrant Malmö.

Nice vintage hotel but amenities need to be upgraded. The wifi was very poor. TV is not smart, and only had 1 English channel- BBC News. There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, housekeeping or order room service. No safe in the room. Finally, the hotel should accept cash for small purchases from their shop. Our daughter was quite disappointed she could not buy a simple chocolate bar- the staff turned her away, :( :(

The property was nice but it was marketed as appropriate for 4. The fold out couch was just barely bigger than a twin bed and did not accommodate our 2 children. It made for a miserable night of sleep. Wish we would have known that it would not be appropriate for our family.

Cold. My room was very cold! Room heater was at its highest! I was just given a very small portable heater that didn’t really help much. I’ve stayed in other Scandinavian 4 & 5 Star hotels and didn’t have this heating issue. 😕

Traditional hotel that has been refurbished. The room was good nd the bathroom clean with a good shower . We were disappointed the hotel didn’t have a lounge to relax in ,the bar was only open in the evening. We arrived early in the day and had to go to a coffee shop to wait until check in time . Breakfast was excellent with plenty choice

Lovely location. Great breakfast included. Family suite was nice although small window only (top floor). Major disappointment was the sauna and gym were closed during stay, evidently from water damage from storms a couple of weeks prior to visit. Property did not communicate this and first 2 receptionists were unhelpful, didn't suggest alternatives. Some minor issues for upkeep like elevator railing was damaged/in need of repair but otherwise rooms were quiet and staff helpful.location again was fantastic and room nice
