The staff on the desk were very efficient, and the proximity of the hotel to the airport is very convenient.

Airport shuttle excellent

When I booked it, it had a 8.4 rating but it’s more like a budget hotel. Paper cups to make tea, no complementary water bottles in the room (you have to buy them), no shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, etc in bathroom. Not what I would expect from Mercure

Shuttle started at 5:30. We had to walk to get to airport; having an early ride was the whole reason we stayed there. Will not stay again.

Not the best airport hotel although great location.. rooms need updating, restaurant needs to offer a full menu.. A two star hotel ..

Good stay for one night stay on our way to the airport. The area is somewhat walkable to get to hotels or a few restaurants. The shuttle gets you to the airport in just a few minutes.

Staff could improve customer service. This is my fourth stay at Mercure Merignac and always OK except this time. I am French and speak french luently

Terrible experience, room was so dirty, stains in the bathroom and room smelled musky. We do not recommend staying there.

It’s nicely decorated hall, patio, swimming pool and sun lounges. Room was ok . Bathroom was ok too. The hotel offered a very good breakfast buffet.

Ideal for overnight sleepover if you are on an early flight the next morning. As regards the minibus transfer service: From the airport make sure you call the hotel as they will send the minibus, but get precise directions to the pickup point, as it is not well signposted. (Basicallly from hall A cross over the tram lines turn right and walk to the end of the paved area. There is a sign, but it is only visible from the roadway.) To the airport the minibus runs to a schedule during the daytime.
