Friendly staff, comfortable beds, quiet,

The blankets were covered in stains, the sink was gross and when we asked if staff could change our bedding we were given attitude. The online booking said “breakfast included” but it wasn’t.

Easy to find and lots of parking. A nice stay and it has everything. Gym was perfect for my needs. Pool looked good and room was fine. I had nice sleeps!😊

The bed was soft but lumpy. Everything else was good. Deposit wasn’t high like other hotels.

Room was musty, like old sweat, could not open window. Room A/C/heater blower was too loud; would have been good to have option to control fan speed. Although coffee was available in lobby, would be nice to have it in room. Body wash dispenser in shower was empty.

Staff talking and laughing loudly in hallway outside our room at 5 am! Vacuuming in hallway by our room at 7 am! Not happy and informed front desk.

When we checked in, the employee that checked us in was awesome. She was very sweet and welcoming. When we got into room, we were pleased with how nice it was but The bathroom was on the smaller side. When we went to go and use the pool, the door stated to go and get towels at the front desk. When we went up to the front desk to get some towels, we were told that they were all out. We also went up to ask for extra bedding and pillows for the pull out couch and were told that they didn’t have any extra bedding. A few minutes later, someone knocked on the door with an additional pillow. That was nice. We went and had breakfast at the restaurant and it was good. Large portions for decent price. One of the only things that really bothered us was that the tv are smart tvs but we weren’t able to access anything other than cable. The tv was extremely boring. Overall, we enjoyed the pool and the beds we’re comfortable.

Staff was friendly

Our primary issue with hotel was families of young jockey players making noise until about midnight. People used the deadbolt to prevent their doors from closing, so people could come and go to the various parties and gatherings in rooms. Every time someone entered a room the door would slam and bounce several times. Impossible to sleep through it. I called the front desk for help, but they just couldn’t control it. I won’t go back.

The staff were helpful as always, rooms were clean will stay again!

The property was okay and staff were helpful. There was no breakfast provided and no elevator. Therefore, I would not stay here again.
