The reception staff were indifferent. The room didn’t have the size of bed I requested. Reception didn’t pick up the phone when I called. When I was moved to another room (eventually), it too had the wrong type of bed.

That is ok for business trip

During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. They went to reception. After some minutes, again someone was opening the door, that time it was the receptionist. She was surprised that I was in the room, and she apologies. It was the same receptionist that attend to me.

The staff was kind and helpful, but the hotel itself was terrible. I could barely sleep well, for the bed and mattresses were terrible. I woke up with backache every morning. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean. However the hotel advertises car parking, yet when i arrived there wasnt any and i had to park on a street 10 mins walk away. My room (310) was very tired and in desperate need of refurbishing. There was no iron or complimentary water in the room. The room service is supplied by a local takeaway and delivered to your room by a local takeaway. This is not really a problem if they get your order right and its prompt. Mine was late and they didn't bring what i ordered. My room was very noisy as its next to the road and the windows are single glazed with little soundproofing. I would not recommend or stay there again.

Very nice and pleasant receptionist, entry hall is impressive not so much the rest of the hotel, says is a 4 star and it probably was about 10 years ago, needs a bit of TLC. Still nice place for a break, quiet and central.

Good value for money. You can hear traffic as glass windows isolation is not that good but given it’s a quiet place we slept well. For a road-trip stopover is more than fine. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. It has a large bathroom with great shower.

The location is perfect, the hotel needs a bit of work in the building, cleanliness of the exterior

Staff friendly, disappointed restaurant not open.

A hotel that says its a four star but barely merits a one. Wayer dames to corridors, dirty floors, peelibg paint. The worst hotel i have stayed in usung hotels.com. bitterly disappointed

Good service

Hotel could use a little more update specially in the rooms. Beds move to much, contains are I fly, old and dirty. Parking is horrible. Buffet for breakfast is too limited.

Not car park available there and very hard to find space at streets

Clean, pleasant place to stay. Staircase leading to garage is quite old and could do with an upgrade, but that is a minor thing. Wish there was a gym in this hotel, it would make it the ideal place to stay.

the room is too tight, no air condition, the comfort of the bed is ok, and there is a flies in our room. The hotel is old.

Cleanness is the word. I felt safe and the staff is very helpful and ready to assist. The prices are good.

Great hotel on the edge of the city centreBus stop right by the hotel and number1 takes you right to the centre within a couple of minutes. Hotel is modern and clean; staff/reception staff very helpful and friendly. Room very large and comfortable and bathroom very modern and spotlessly clean. Very easy to park around by the hotel but underground garage available at 12 Euros per night.

Good service on the part of the staff. The facilities need a bit of upgrading.

Visited early October with temperature in low twenties - room had been in the sun all day and was absolutely roasting. Aircon not working / turned off for 'winter'. Right near a main road, so leaving windows open not an option. Wouldn't sell me a beer at 2302, as bar had closed - at 2300. Said to use the minibar.
