Reception staff are really polite and very welcoming as are all the staff to be fair including the restaurant team. The hotel is spotless and extremely comfortable

Nice refurbished hotel. Sadly my room was extremely cold and the heating didn’t work. It was however a very frosty night too.

The room was clean, tastefully decorated with a large comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room clean spacious and good amenities. Access to fitness club was great apart from the only adult time was at 7 pm til 8 pm. Using the pool at other times was difficult as there was supposed to be lane swimming but this had kids swimming classes in and the main part of the pool had a family area but this took up most of the pool! Gym facilities were good and not too busy first thing in the morning. Staff were very helpful at reception and in the club. This is our second stay at the hotel and would stay there again.

The receprion staff were excellent, very helpful with a smile on ther face throughout. The ambience of the hotel is just top notch and the room was neat and cosy.

What an amazing hotel. Everything very clean & modern. We only stayed for one night but would definitely use again. The staff were all lovely, smiling & very helpful with our onward journey. We ate in the restaurant, the food was very well presented & tasty, maybe slighty over priced. Cocktails were reasonable and well made. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

Recently refurbished hotel, well equipped room. Restaurant was good, if a little on the expensive side. The stand out from our stay were the staff, from check in to restaurant, to bar, to leisure facilities, all were extremely helpful, friendly and just made such a good impression.

Great location for getting into Southampton. Rooms were a good size, well presented and very clean. Good facilities including a gym.
