Great room, breakfast area was lovely, friendly staff

Cleanliness could be improved. There is a line of dust at the edge of the carpet that never gets vacuumed. The bottom of the tub felt unclean. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor. Elevator in the dining area is suuuuuuper slow. Staff not really well trained in customer service. Asked them to throw away a receipt and this seemed like a challenge, they were surprised by the request and seeed to have no gang age Basket. surprised

Room was spotless, stuff allowed us to check in early and did all their best to accommodate our requests. Will come back again

Room was clean and spacious for the whole family .

The dirty worn mats at the entrance set the tone making it feel not clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to do a free room upgrade. Spacious rooms and clean. Breakfast was standard fare and well stocked.

Room was clean. Pool was closed for Reno but I was given notice well before my date of check in!

Hot tub was excellent...room was clean... breakfast was excellent and delicious....and we'll probably be back again

It was very nice, rooms are clean. Pool was nice. Buffet was good. Only downfall was the third floor smelled like cigarette smoke and the coffee maker is in the bathroom.

I need to communicate with someone from Expedia immediately. I am filing a complaint with the board of health. I have videos and pictures. I want a refund and I want follow up to either clean this pig style up or close it down. I have a formal complaint about non accessibility as I’m in a wheelchair. I have taken water samples and filmed and documented for the secondary complaint to the board of health. Contact me immediately. I need to share this as someone. A staff is impersonating the hotel manager.

Heating/ AC unit didn't work properly. Place was dirty. Issue with keys. Pool was not clean.

Staff were all amazing. Come each year to see my niece and her family.

Staff was nice and quick for check-in. Place was terrible overnight because it was very cold in the room and hotel overall. Breakfast.. there was cereal, bread & a toaster. Quick check outside though.

Staff was courteous and rooms were clean and comfortable:)
