Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. Shower was a but slippery but otherwise a beautiful place to stay.

We recently stayed at the Hilton as a family of four and booked a deluxe room, expecting a high standard of comfort and service. For £254 per night, we were disappointed. On arrival, we were charged an additional £17 for parking and £50 as a damage deposit, which was acceptable, but not ideal. The room had a smart TV, but it had no internet access and only supported Android devices. In 2025, it’s unacceptable that such a basic feature isn’t compatible with iPhones — especially when families rely on such services to keep young children entertained. The baby cot provided had an uncomfortably firm mattress, unsuitable for an infant. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, so odours lingered, and the lifts were too small, making it difficult to manage with a pram and luggage. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. For the Hilton brand and the price paid, I expected much more. The quality of service and facilities was closer to what you’d find in a budget hotel like Premier Inn, but without the value for money. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

The service is excellent by all staff and the room was a great size and very clean. Must try breakfast, the scrambled eggs was perfect! Stayed here before and I can highly recommend.

Great stay great service.

Friendly staff, and nice environment . I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. Transportation was also very easy the location made it simple to get around without any stress. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place.

Comfortable. Stayed three times in three weeks for work, one booking got breakfast the other two didn’t even though same room booked for same price. Car park expensive.

Good breakfast, bad in room stocks empty fridge, only two teabags of green tea, no milk

Property is clean and easy to get to, but the highlight is the staff from reception to all the hotel workers whislt walking are easily accessible.

The calmness and cleanliness was unique i liked it

The bed linen was dirty and “stained”. Very apparent. Glad I’m the type that takes the covers off before getting in. Found a very “nasty stain” in the center of the bed. Knew exactly what is was and was disgusted that the housekeeper would let that get by for the next guest to see!!!!

Always such a good Place to stay

Booked for new year as we wanted to be together but wanted a quiet one. Lil one loved it..was spacious. I have ocd and this place was spotless take it from me more cleaner than 5* hotels up central. Ana was lovely she checked on us throughout our stay. She would text to see all is well anything i need she responded quick and was also soo quick to cater to us. Really made our stay. Very good price too. Thank youu xxx

Booked the presidential suite. And a presidential suite it was not!. Just a slightly larger room with a table and chairs and a sofa. Had to plug the kettle in next to the bed as there were no sockets were the tea station is, only one mirror in the room and no sockets anywher near the mirror so my two daughter's and my wife couldn't straighten their hair and get ready to go out as they should be able too. And all of this cost over £600 GBP for 2 nights + breakfast + parking
