Please careful when booking this hotel especially if you want a room with a jacuzzi. We booked this weekend for our anniversary/birthday weekend and got a king suite with jacuzzi. We always run the jacuzzi first and thank god we did because when we ran it, black mold came shooting out of the jets and even some of the jets weren’t working which makes me even more concerned what was blocking them. We ended up having to switch to a different hotel 30 minutes further away from our activities. Other issues in the room: the deadbolt was removed off the door, the heat/ac barely worked as it is old and hasn’t been updated, the lighting was poor with one overhead light when you first walk in and only two lamps to give more lighting (not even lights over the hot tub) and the worst part of it on top of the black mold issue - blood spots on the bathroom floor. Be careful with this one. The location is right next to corporate office so you’d think it would be a top hotel but it is the worse Monte Carlo we have ever stayed in and we have been to a lot of them. Even with the issue of black mold and having to relocate, we were put in a queen room instead of a king and there was no compensation at all done to rectify the situation. So upsetting as we also didn’t even get into our room after all the issues until after midnight and practically wasted a whole night stay because of the issues.
