Fron office

Great location. Clean and spacious and washroom is bigger than what we usually get in Barcelona. Staff were attentive and extremely wonderful. Had a few minor issues and it was dealt with quickly. Wish they have free drinking water to fill up our water bottles and a common microwave we can use like some hotels offer. Otherwise, it was just perfect and we will definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property in the perfect location. The bar level is a must-see - we were blown away! Our terrace was extremely spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and would choose again on future stays in Barcelona.

Disappointed with this booking and glad we only stayed one night. Was given a room on the 4th floor but learned that we couldn’t take the regular guest elevator to the 4th floor because there isn’t even a button for the 4th floor. No idea why they skipped that floor but we learned that we needed to take the employee elevator to get to our room. Water temperature went back and forth from really hot to cold so that made our showers uncomfortable. AC did not work, just shot out hot air so we had to turn it off. The staff said they could not switch us to another room bc the hotel was fully booked and that maintenance would come the next day to address our room issues. As mentioned, we were only staying one night so their response made the situation even more frustrating. They also offered nothing to make up for these issues.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Check in and out was extremely easy. They do not have AC, so sleeping night one was pretty difficult. But they were attentive and brought us a fan which honestly helped a lot

Friendly staff at the front desk and for cleaning, very nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was excellent, one suggestion would be to have a hotel bar/restaurant.

Great location - quite a historical background to property and surrounding area. Staff were excellent , friendly and very attentive-made things go very smoothly.

Very close to Basilica

The staff was kind and welcoming. Excellent position in the city centre and close to the tube. The room we got was too noisy because facing a main pedestrian road. We asked to change and we got another room. The air conditioning was not working yet so the room was a bit hot.

Staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions i had. Adriano (i hope that is correct) was extremely friendly and always had time to chat and ask about our stay

숙소 위치도 너무 좋았고 방도 깨끗하고 필요한 것들이 잘 준비되어 있고 넓어서 편안히 쉬다 올 수 있었습니다. 마주치는 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 일정 상 1박만 머물렀던게 아쉬울 정도였습니다.
