Clean room comfortable good parking

wouldn't stay again. room was untidy with wet towels and not well maintained. The hotel bar didn't open at all while we were there even though we kept getting told it would open.

Pool was broke saff was rude would like my money back

Overall the hotel was nice and clean, room was clean. The downfall was the bed, my god it was so uncomfortable the mattress was so thin I may aswell of slept on the floor luckily my room had a single bed too, so I slept on top of the double bed to try and make it a bit more comfortable for myself and used the single beds duvet. It wasn't the greatest of nights.

Room was clean friendly staff. Not much to do in area but was cheap and cheerful. Breakfast was not the greatest, bread was hard so was unable to make toast. Personally I would not visit here again.

The room was clean and comfortable with decent tea and coffee making facilities that could be topped up from reception. There was some scuffs and dents in panels in the bathroom particularly but the beds were comfy and fir the price it was perfect for a quick stop while visiting family.

Bar Staff Hope was amazing and made my stay very enjoyable and welcoming. Disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open for an evening meal but the breakfast was good. Would stop there again only if the restaurant is open.

Yes good breakfast menu although my husband and I only people there sat with the chef nice chap

Park was easy and safe. Staff were very friendly especially the chef, We were a bit gutted that the restaurant wasnt open for the 2 nights we were there

We have stayed a few times but before the hotel was closed for a few months we always enjoyed it here. We got into the room and the TV wasn’t working properly, staff did come to try fix it then the maintenance man. He couldn’t fix it so said he would speak to reception and ask for us to be moved, we waited an hour then went to reception the message had not been passed on. We then moved rooms, the tv worked for 30 minutes then the same thing happened at this point we just gave up. We then went to get some crisps from the bar to be charged £1 per packet for about 10 crisps so if your staying bring your own crisps as that was a complete rip off. We then went back to the room which was cold as the radiator was not heating up properly. At about 6am we heard an awful noise luckily my partner went to investigate and the kettle had started to boil without being switched on with hardly any water in we reported this the next morning. We did have a disappointing stay mainly due to maintenance issues, for a hotel that has been closed for 6 months you would expect it to be running with no issues. What refurbishments have been done I’m not sure as it still looks the same! Hopefully they will get the tv, heating and kettles sorted soon.

The room was spacious and clean. Large TV, coffe and tea making facilities, quiet and plenty of parking

Room was nice and big and dark, Double bed is 2 singles put together with double sheets over top mattress rock hard pillows also. Hot water pressure in the shower was terrible took 10 15 min for hot water to come even then was luke warm. Toilet seat was loose

Hotel is cheap but very run down. Bathroom door handel fell off whilst trying to get put. Bathroom its self looked like a 4 year old sealed the bath. Looked very 90's. Breakfast was poor Wont atay again. Preimer inn across the road is a better option.

Refurbished,lovely reception lounge area,was going to use the bar but the atmosphere was eerie, no music in background, went out instead but overall hotel lovely,large room refurbished, bathroom clean,would recommend a stay here for the price of £49 per night ,suggest hot drinks machine and snack machine in lounge /reception area

Check In experience was smooth. The bar area was spacious and the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was ideal for my one night stay

Hotel is tired and despite the friendliest staff and the bedroom being quite nice and was clean theres only so much you can clearly do as a cleaner when the bathroom was so old and in need of refurbishing. I dont want to bash the hotel as the staff were lovely but the bathroom definitely needs some love.
