Very dirty. Windows haven’t been clean in ages, smells cigarettes and humidity, breakfast poor no fruits orange juice made out of powder just cereal bread and waffles. Cards for the room have to be reactivated every 24h third floor no elevator. Back door don’t lock, anybody could walk in at anytime. Not sound proof, ear everything in other rooms, hallway and on the street. No pool. This place needs love and renovations.

We arrived at 6pm and the receptionist told us that someone el arrived with our reservation name saying thay we won't arrive, the other person signed and everything, then they gave us an other room rigth infront of the "fake" resevation, when we arrived to the room, the guest open the door, and came with us to tell us that someone else gave him our reservation (how he knows that we were the real guest? Because the receptionist gave him this information) the "fake guest" told us that even sometimes other guest openehis room, everything super weird, then the room smelled alot of cigarette, worst experience ever in hotel, we left the hotel because we felt very unsecured, expedia help us to negociote to pay just one night and the pay us back the rest (we supposed to stay 3 nights), of course we left the hotel 15min after our arriving

Im just wondering when i should receive my deposit back

Breakfast wasn’t very good. Not many options (bread, waffles and two cereals). Room was very tired/old. No towel racks in bathroom. TV remote wasn’t working.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable & clean. Wifi was sketchy, & there were light bulbs burned out. 4 stars out of 5

I have not received my security deposit back, they said 4 or 5 days but still waiting. Other then that everything was excellent, quick check in and out.

The hotel is quite rundown and older, but the rooms are very clean. Definitely a good low price option if you’re not worried about the wrapper:)

Had a good stay

I was unimpressed that the shower didn’t work. There was a red plastic knob that supposedly actually ate the shower but it trickled and the bath kept filling. When I mentioned it while checking out, the staff member told me « oh yes it works, you just gotta pull the knob ». I can guarantee it did not work whatsoever because I tried to pull push and turn for about an hour.

Great for budget friendly travel.

First time staying here, staff was amazing and very helpful, rooms were comfortable and spacious

The property served its purpose well while I was arranging longer-term accommodation. Staff were helpful when needed. Overall, a good value option for a short stay.
