From the moment we walked through the door the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful, especially Claire on reception. The room was clean and fresh towels each day. The food especially breakfast was amazing and Emily in the restaurant especially was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

How attentive staff are

Good sized rooms, clean tidy, good facilities, parking, decent service etc.

Room clean once every 3 nights unless requested is poor, especially as that means tea abd coffee is not topped up. Breakfast was good, room comfy but noisy heating unit. Food is very average and below most Marriott standards

Easy to find in an ideal location off the M25 near the M11 junction. Excellent parking, very clean room and bathroom (with bath). Staff could not have been more welcoming even though they might well have preferred to be somewhere else over Christmas. Dinner on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas morning were first rate

The Receptionist was exceptional upon book in what a great place to stay

i booked for 14 days and stayed 7 days because of emergency things happened and hotel is not refund my money back I am not happy at all.

Helpful staff

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and even better we could check in early has our room was ready. Our room was very nice and very clean. The food at the hotel is also very nice and reasonably priced, also the breakfast is excellent and plenty to choose from as well. We will definitely be staying again.

The room is very clean, and the staff were very polite and pleasant. The birth tub is outdated and older guests may faĺl.

Room not serviced during my stay. Cooked breakfast was empty at 7:10am.
