Such a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Mallorca!

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. The bed was very comfortable comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach too.

Great stay at Nixe Palace Hotel. The room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea, which made the experience really special. The food was delicious with good variety, and the staff were kind and friendly throughout. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

It is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. There were a bunch of soccer fans crowding the hallways waiting to see a famous soccer player, and I would have felt less awkward if they had waited outside to see the player. We made reservations at the spa for treatments and were scheduled to have the services at 5 pm. We scheduled to use the rest of the facilities at 4 pm. When we arrived at 4 pm, there were no attendants. Another family got scheduled for our time and I had to walk around to find someone upstairs to share the mix-up. We would have had a more private experience and not felt like we were intruding on the other family if we were not accidentally booked at 3:00 instead of 4:00. The services were not good. I was expecting more a foot massage with the reflexology treatment, but it was not that. My shin bones were getting massaged on my lower legs rather than my muscles, and this was absolutely not comfortable and not at all helpful or relaxing. The head massage involved a whole lot of "hair pulling" rather than actually massaging my head. That was very strange and painful rather than relaxing. When there are very few patrons in the restaurant area, we should not have to wait for a server to come take our order when they are not visible. The bartender looked at us strangely when we ordered our drinks. This may not be your custom, but the servers were busy with a wedding party so it should be fine to order directly from him if servers are not available.

Every thing was excellent incl the breakfast. The only thing was that the wooden floor in the bathroom is starting to swell due to water from underneath. Anyhow, it was a great experience would come back again

Amazing location recommend the sea view so worth it.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect.

The hotels turns off the cooling function on all air conditioning units. Only heat function available. You have to sleep with the patio door open all night. Daytime is miserably hot in the south facing rooms even with patio door open.

If isn’t summer isn’t worth the stay cuz the blame the bad service and the lack of hospitality the “ winter”

This is lovely hotel and the staff was great. We had half board and the dinner options and food were fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The thermal spa is wonderful and the beach is good with great sandy bottom and easy to swim.

At first glance this place wows, but off-season it's just fair. We were quite happy with the size of the room and private patio. Our primary complaints relate to the lack of dining accommodations (one restaurant for lunch, dinner and room service with no menu variation) and unfriendly dining staff. Also, the kinderclub is only available July and August, so if you plan to be there the other 10 months of the year, bring that into account. The beach is public access, expect it to be crowded and to be hassled by locals trying to sell you their services. Unfortunately, you have no control over the lights on your room patio, at 6pm it turns on and doesn't seem to turn off until dawn. We asked the reception staff to turn it off, they said they could not but promised to remove the bulb. In five days they did not, so no chance of stargazing or a relaxing evening in the bright light. We were also told by staff that the location was only half-full, but when we asked for late checkout by 45 minutes we were told it wasn't possible, they could give us 20 minutes. It just seemed that overall the external picture presented wasn't matched by delivery of quality services/amenities which was a shame because it seemed so promising.

Exceptional views of ocean and Nice. Wonderful staff!

I will start with: I can’t wait to go back. We spent a few nights here as the start of a vacation traveling to Barcelona and Portugal. I haven’t been treated that well by a hotel staff in quite a while. They all were fabulous! The facility is beautiful. The beach is right there and sandy! Pool bar has some great choices. We purchased breakfast as part of our package. They offer many choices. Well worth the price. The property has several restaurants nearby. A cab ride to the restaurants in Palma is around 11€. It is a quick and safe journey. The room was spacious and modern. The balcony was a nice place to sit at the end of the day. We were visiting a the end of October and were able to turn the ac off and sleep with the balcony door open. With the sound of the waves crashing on the beach it was easy to fall asleep. It was a great start to our vacation. We spent hours trying to find the right hotel, reading and researching. If you want a hotel with great service on a beach that is close to good restaurants look no further.

Excellent service all around. Enjoyed our stay beyond expectations.
