What you see on the internet is not what you get. The entire facility is under renovations. Some rooms don’t even have a/c. Just a piece of plywood blocking the hole where the a/c goes. The room was renovated but it was not well done. Baseboard cover coming off, paint on shower tiles and floor. Air conditioner functioning but filthy. So much dust and debris in the ac. Not healthy for anyone. Laundry facilities were supposed to be available per the ad online. But it was out of service as were the gym facilities. There was a staff member power washing the side walk in front of my vehicle. Yes, my vehicle is now looking just like the filth from the sidewalk. He could have and should have done that when there were no vehicles parked there. The free coffee is free for a reason… it was disgusting. Just head to Tim Horton’s a few blocks away. We didn’t try the breakfast foods. The front desk staff were friendly. Our pass key stopped functioning on day 2 of 3. And we had to go to the main building to get our own towels.

Utilitarian hotel. Room was not ready at 15:30 despite announced 15:00 check in. Room furniture recently renovated, but missing chairs to sit. Old plumbing and old AC - both functional. Room was ok, however the hotel staff were really loud and hindering passage with many carts in the halls throughout the stay….including evening and early AM. Also try to stay away from the very old elevator….lots of noise on 1 st floor every time goes down. Coffee machine at reception dispensed undrinkable coffee. Location - this part of downtown is not great, older and construction ongoing. Parking was almost full, but easy and free. Would look for other option next time we’re in Summerside.

Great hotel! Only complaint was the dining area and hallways were very hot and stuffy. Other than that the room was great!

All was good

Renovations ongoing. Started jackhammering at 8am Sunday Five minutes after shower my feet were dirty because the floors were Gym and facilities were not operational Hand towel fell off in my hand All in all a very poorly maintained facility. At least if it was clean you can overlook the handyman issues I am very disappointed and will never stay here again

Nous avons demandé aux femmes de ménage de faire attention car nous étions incapable de dormir mais ça nla tien changé: très déçu du personnel

Bed awfull, every Time you go to bed, they’re is a big boom.

Our room was very clean but it's so noisy. We could hear everything. Tv didn't work well but I'm not sure if that is an Island problem. My husband has some walking mobilities and there are a few curbs to watch out for and a very bad tripping hazard.

Unfortunately this hotel does not live up to the brand. We had to leave after 1 night of a 4 night stay. There were exposed pipes and wires around the room. The beds sound like you are sleeping on a filing cabinet - just turning over in your sleep makes a loud metal clang. No carpeting but also no soundproofing means you can hear someone sneezing from down the hall. The pack and play we were given for our baby was gross and we had to ask multiple times for sheets and blankets to cover it. They are clearly trying to do some refurbishing but it’s been done poorly and the guest experience suffers for it. The staff were as helpful as they can be given the state of their hotel. It should be closed until it’s actually ready for guests.

Good place for the price

An aged property needing some improvements. Room was clean, bathroom questionable. Tub was plugged and didn’t drain properly making for a dirty tub. Elevator was broken on departure.Also front door not automatic which could pose problems for some. Not a big deal for us but could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Decent breakfast. Close to water walking distance to everything. Price was decent but you certainly get what you paid for. All staff we encountered seemed very unhappy to be there

Staff were nice but the room and hallways could be cleaner. Shower didn’t have good water temperature it was either cold or way too hot. Breakfast was okay but food and crumbs were all over the seats and counter top. It was also hard to find parking when we arrived.

The staff were excellent, very caring and hospitable. The breakfast was very good.

Everything was great, friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast and it was clean and quiet. I know, others have said they found it noisy, but we were right beside the elevator, and it was super quiet. Would definitely come again!
