Room was clean. Bed a little uncomfortable. Shower was good. Restaurant was closed and very little choice in surrounding area

They disconnect water supply I request for 1 pm check out . Normally check out time is 12 . Room size are very small . If u have a big bags can’t fit in the rooms .

Very helpful and friendly staff Double bed unfortunately one bed was higher then the other which was quite uncomfortable

All staff friendly and very professional. Best hotel ever. I have stayed in a few hotels in france over the years and payed alot more.This hotel from the cleaners to the receptionist and the chef get my 5 Star rating and i have already booked more stays. Thank you

The hotel itself is in need of some updates. But the staff are all very friendly, the food is really good, and the beds are comfortable. I would stay here again.

Hotel was fine, good breakfast

Very chesp and nasty, in urgent need if refurbishment! Also i booked a triple room, 1 x double and 1 x single, unfortunately the single was a junior fold out sofa bed and of no use to a 6ft teenager!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel is an a terrible state- It does not look like a 3 star hotel. The bathtub drain was blocked, radiator looked rusty, paint coming off the toilet seat, old and thin carpets. Clean rooms, comfortable beds but overall felt like it needs a refurbishment to comply with the standards of a 3 star hotel.

On way home from holiday in south. Stayed in two other of your hotels in last 3 weeks( reviews left were excellent) this was poorest as room small and single unwanted bed took up room, could not get to hang things up, bathroom was old type eg bath with shower attachment and black mould in small areas. Staff were great but bar did not have good selection eg No wine in France no cider. Bed comfortable and towels etc good. Only stayed one night so could accept. Suggest room upgrades as in other of your hotels.

Unfortunately at this Ibis we had a pair of Jimmy Choo trainers robbed from the room Chloe the ‘ menager’ didn’t care at all, The trainers where brand new €280 in a box and bag with personal details All we got was ‘ it is impossible’ Items moved round the rooms aswell and having to argue with her saying that the cleaners hadn’t even made the bed so how could they take trainers, well they did Well Clloe, someone did who had access to our rooms. Our children where called ‘liars’ I have tweeted Accor hotels who have not responded Maxine thanks for your understanding ( reception) STAY AT YOUR YOUR PERIL

This hotel is located in a quiet area with plenty of free parking. The staff are all very lovely and helpful, with perfect English. The breakfast is pretty good, with some hot options, and a wide selection of drinks. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the ensuit has a bath to use. Sometimes the aircon unit makes a low buzzing noise and you can hear liquid trickling? It's also not a very effective aircon unit; it didn't really cool the room that much. I would definitely stay here again, in hopes of new aircon units being installed!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Two thumbs up to the Receptionists, especially on the night time. Really lovely lady and very accomodating. Room is clean and big enough.wish the airconditioning was working properly but not a big deal because window can be opened. About 10-15min walk to train station. 46mins from train station to Paris. A couple of minutes walk to the bus stop.

Wifi didn't work for almost 3 days. Could hear everything from the neighbor room. Room not in very good condition.

Lovely hotel close to disney and very quiet

The hots was good and the staff were were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were poor, probably common on France. Stayed at other hotels too and none had even a kettle for tea. The air conditioning unit wasn't working as it should. Even for a cup of tea in the morning we paid 2.50 euros which was a bit too much.
