They only problem i had was with the transportation to and from the airport tried to charge me twice but I had to dispute so I would recommend uber throughout your stay in mexico city their transportation is to high in price it seems they try and take advantage of tourists think we have a lot of money because we're coming from US

When I got to the hotel it was raining hard, the hotel doesn’t have a canopy, therefore I got wet with water to my ankles. Once I got to the reception desk, I was informed that they didn’t have a room for me, even though they acknowledged they have my fully paid reservation. They got me a room in a different hotel

Lovely old building is well maintained and kept current and clean. The staff is like family. Full menus and coffee are available. It is conveniently located close to the major bus line and downtown

The buffet breakfast was amazing! Fresh and delicious food. The staff was very friendly. Definitely I'll comeback.

They need more maintenance because my room had a leak

Me hospedé del 25 al 29 de mayo, al principio si hablé con el personal por que mi habitación era sumamente pequeña y oscura, pero muy amablemente me cambiaron a una mejor, el personal es sumamente atento y educado, me sientia en casa, todos con una sonrisa y eso me encantó, además de su excelente precio y ubicación, lo recomiendo a 1000

Great hotel at a great location. Staff is also great. The only thing I didn’t agree was the extra charge of $1800 pesos for a handicap room.

Excellent costumer service, the staff was always very helpful. One night we decided that we wanted to visit Teotihuacan and the staff help us to book a private tour even though it was last minute!!! The room was clean and comfortable The hotel has a very good location, you could walk to the Historic Center or Roma Norte.

The stay was wonderful. Staff were very helpful.The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The buffet was great. The location was in the middle of Paseo Reforma and within walking distance of so many things. Room service was actually super, too. I loved our stay there.

Location was excellent.. Carlos the concierge was very helpful as was Aranza at the front desk.. Room was clean and very comfortable. We will stay here again

Lo mejor si no quieres tener ningún problema de movilidad en la ciudad. Todo queda muy cerca e incluso en los tours pueden pasar por ti por lo cerca que está de los puntos de reunión

Me encanto el lugar aunque he de decir que ya es un lugar algo viejo, pero el personal fue muy muy atento en todo.

AC didn’t work well. It went down to freezing, no way to adjust temperature to a comfortable, cool level. Heat didn’t work at all.

Rooms are a little outdated, and in my bathroom there was a constant sewage smell seeping out.
