My stay was wonderful. The room was clean and generously sized, and the staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout my visit.

The room was clean and the staff was kind. Good water pressure. The only thing would have made this a 5 star rating is if the water had been really hot. It was nice just not as worm as I expected. I did not get to try the breakfast because we had to leave very early.

Excelent place, great food, nice people

TV was not working properly; they fixed it the last day I was there; shower tap was plugging the last two days; the treadmill machines was not working. Good fresh breakfast. People need to smile more when they greet you, makes you feel like you are a not really welcome or they are not happy with their jobs.

This was an ideal hotel for our stay in Lima. It was located in a great area for restaurants and shopping (both a grocery store and pharmacy were in walking distance) while still being relatively quiet and residential. The breakfast room was delightful, like a large atrium, and the food provided was varied and of very good quality. Staff and service were excellent, and the front desk staff were very helpful with our queries. We did not use the restaurant, but the bar in back was very nice, with comfy seating and great service. There were plenty of interesting restaurants in walking distance, and it was easy to catch an Uber or taxi to other parts of the city. We would definitely stay here again!

The NM Hotel meet all my expectations at an incredible affordable rate. Clean spacious rooms, great restaurant, standard free breakfast, great meeting facilities, awesome staff. If you are looking for a business hotel, that is not crowed and strategically located between San Isidro and Miraflores, this one is for you. Close to Encomenderos Street with great restaurants and shops.

Great place to stay

The property was very nice, clean and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend there's an option if you're going to peru. Only downside, no swimming pool, but honestly didn't even miss it, I had a jacuzzi room.
