Ето ти стегнато и ясно ревю на английски: ⸻ Review for City Hotel am CCS During my business trip, I stayed at City Hotel am CCS and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The staff attitude was kind and professional. The reception team was very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price and offered a wide variety of options. They also provide a laundry service, which is convenient for longer stays. However, I have to deduct 2 stars due to housekeeping. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned repeatedly, and even then it was not done properly. The bed sheets were not changed, just stretched. The vacuum cleaner was brought into the room but clearly not used. The toilet was not properly cleaned even once during my three-week stay. Towels were not replaced and were visibly dirty. This was very disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel technician was very helpful and assisted me promptly when I needed a minibar. Because of him, I am giving three stars instead of two. If you have any complaints, make sure to address them directly at the reception.

Internet speed: 0.5Mb/s... in an hotel, in 2019, makes no sense to me but ok... if you want more you have to pay 5€... Everything, signs, menus... everything... only in german. This hotel is not friendly to people from outside Germany. No fridge in the room. I always keep some cold water of my on the fridge but here is not possible. No park, if you want to park near the hotel you have to pay 3€ per night. If you want to use the pool is in the next building and costs 5.50€ Big room but nothing special. Cleaning is ok, buy could be better. It's a first and last time... and strongly recommend you stay away from this place as well.

I attended a congress next to the hotel and stayed for two nights. The roomkeeping staff was very friendly and professional. The room was fairly big, featuring a TV, wardrobe cabinet, desk with chair and a seperate table with two chairs, the bed with bedside tables, a big window with a blinding curtain, bathroom with single sink, toilet, hair dryer and bathtub. Everything was basically clean, but in a bad technical condition. The bathroom had an extra fan with a 15ish minute timer, i started it in the morning, when i came back in the afternoon, it was still running, stuck at 2 minutes. The silicone joints were cracking and have developed big black spots over the years. Hot water temperature was a bit cold but OK in the morning, but only 31°C in the afternoon. Worst thing, though, was the A/C not working at all. No matter if you set it to lower temps in the evening, after the sun heated up the room, or set it to higher temps in the morning, always the same temperature. You can tilt one window but the door is too loose to stop the wind so it will fall closed very soon. Second worse point is the reception staff. No sense of customer care. The phones in the rooms have exchangeable paper inserts for short dial descriptions, saying M1 connects you to the reception. You hit M1 and get a busy tone. I called over external line to ask my question and gave them the info the label is wrong, got the answer i am supposed to look up the number from the key card cover. I booked for a twin room via my company, obvious company address and name and was presented a double room. Asking the reception staff to change this lead to various "the client is always wrong" discussions, but no excuse or solution. I had to book two single rooms for the full rate to get seperate beds. Suhl is not known for tourism and hospitality, and here you see, why.

Went to Suhl to research my famìly history All the staff at hotel and townhall and Church where every helpful. Hotel had recent upgrades and good rooms . The rooms all have working air conditioners which seems rare in Europe. I would recommend this hotel .

Suhl sounds like a good name for an evil wizard. The best hotel stay I've had in ages. Nothing fancy, but everything just worked as it should. You need your chip to work the lift. That slowed me down a minute but i am not a smart man.
