Was pleasantly surprised, but the overall cleanliness and room size

Clean washroom

Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Shower & tub are old but did the job - shower was powerful but only one setting (no water saver option which would save $$ too). Once in a while the water at the sink would come out scalding hot momentarily - be careful when washing hands or face. All the old carpetting should be torn out everywhere and in rooms - they have an odour of stink wet socks (mildew) - so we kept our shoes on. Windows need cleaning and replacing. Rooms need serious upgrades. Could easily hear kids running around outside the room. The place was ok with free self parking with a nice affordable restaurant on-site. The service and hospitality was great! All in all I wrote OK if you want an affordable but old dated place to sleep & shower.

Very good deal helpful staff very clean facilities a little dated but I would recommend for a family on a budget . Like I said very clean.

Awesome staff and clean room

The room was very clean. Great staff, good breakfast and the hor tub was relaxing. We stayed here a few weeks ago. We will be bsck on my birthday weekend July 23rd

Good place to stay

The hotel is older but it is clean and our room was great - the staff are wonderful!!

We were very very pleased with our five nights stay at this hotel when we were in town visiting our grandchildren. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and attentive and our room was always well maintained with the bedding made up and the room straightened. It was fabulous that the grocery store was right across the street which allowed us to make use of the in room refrigerator, coffee maker and counters. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and found that it was refreshing and well cared for. With plenty of parking for a rental car, there is no question that we would return to this hotel again when we come back for another visit to Winnipeg. Keep up the good work!

rooms clean, parking available, staff friendly and helpful

I liked the restaurants, court yard and pool area. Location was perfect to visit the Thermëa spa.

It was good parking spot ,the staff were very helpful ,and the service was really awesome. I would recommend it very highly. My granddaughter really loved the pool and wants to go back, lol
