Much better stay this time than last... great room..

Pretty nice looking room but it had a nauseating smell. Had to spray an air freshener and make a few cups of coffee to try to mask it.

We had a great stay! We got a free room upgrade which was really nice!! We just didn’t like how it felt unsafe lots of intoxicated people around but by night time there was more security

I got charged gor the room i couldnt change my reservation date. Basically paid forna room and wasnt even in the city or stayed there. Was ripped off money and couldn't refund or chabgenthe date.

The environment did not feel safe or secure at all. Throughout the night until around 5 a.m. people were knocking on doors and causing a lot of noise. My kids were terrified, and none of us could sleep. I contacted hotel security and even mentioned I would call the police, but nothing changed. No real action was taken, and we were left feeling completely unsupported. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

Family fun hotel

Warning about the reviews we read prior to booking. All the great reviews do not reflect reality. Start with the good. Friendly staff. Good security. Now the reality. First room had broken door security latch. Hallway area, rugs, walls etc were poor condition. Smoke smelling room. Loud bathroom fan that does not turn off. Overall tired building. The price is high compared with other properties.

Walking distance to stadium was nice

Room was disgusting. Floor was old carpet and felt wet and bubbled up. AC barely worked. Middle of the night found a spider in the bed. Pull out couch was broken. Do not recommend.

The hallway was very dirty when we arrived with lots of stains on the carpet. We paid a lot more than usual and the hotel was very noisy late into the night. We didn’t sleep well the first night. The second night was a bit better. We will avoid Winnipeg until the evacuees are home safe.

Didn't know the water would be turned off all night or that we would have to listen to them fix whatever the problem was until 2:00 in the morning.

Location is perfect.

Stayed one night before the Manitoba Marathon. Location was the main reason, but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub after the race!
