Room was great and clean. Staffing in low season may have affected average service responses.

The room was older - old kitchen appliances, carpet, decor, etc. - and had a bit of a smell. Not what I was expecting from one of Kelowna's best destinations. We did not have robes in our room and needed to call up for an extra blanket for the couch bed that our kids slept on. The bed sheets were clean and I had a comfortable night's sleep - so overall it suit our purpose. Not sure I would run back as there are much better options at comparable prices.

Excellent rooms and extremely courteous staff.

The stay was pretty great! The only downfall was when I booked it they told me there was a king bed a queen bed, and a pullout couch. There was not a pullout couch and when I raised my concern they didn’t seem to really do anything about it.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was awesome in the restaurant. Rooms are a bit tired and need updating, but the beds and pillows/bedding made up for it. Lovely view of the lake.

Room was perfect , staff so friendly and accommodating! Xmas sticking on our door was such a nice surprise! Can’t wait to stay next year

Villa was large and had a ton of space for our whole Family. Never felt unsafe and was great location in town

Large spacious room. Comfortable bed , pillows and bedding. Warm, friendly, helpful staff, especially front desk personnel. Excellent food in restaurant and outstanding wait staff. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff were amazing and made sure we had the best experience possible, rooms were clean albeit pretty dated. The bar and wellness staff were amazing and made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Appears rooms have not been upgraded in some time. Old furniture and small tv. Will not stay there again.

Front desk very good, they upgraded us to a suite complementary, very impressive! Beautiful view of the lake. Delicious dinner at Manteo’s.
