Good spot if you want to explore Aalborg

I thought the towels and pillows need replacing. They are old. The shower curtain too. Although water is drinkable in Denmark (no need of bottled water) they should have water fountains in each floor hallway. The room had no complementary water so I found myself after arriving late at night without water in my room. Yes, there was the expensive water from the mini bar but I don't spend ,money in mini bars. ALL hotels have complementary water. I am not referring to cheap hotels, but hotel of this quality (business rooms) usually have complementary water in the room. You have slippers & bathrobe, you should have complementary water. Please do not tell your clients that the water in Denmark is drinkable and to drink water from the bathroom, which is what reception told me to do. I didn't find it very hygienic. One good thing about the room was the dark curtains because it gets bright early...

Ride staff

Small rooms. Bathrooms clean but dated. Staff very attentive. Good location.

Stayed one night. It’s right in the center of town in a nice area. Very convenient.

We stayed two nights and very much liked the location. We wanted to visit Hjelmerstald and that was near the hotel so we did not need a car. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel had a very nice breakfast buffet. They upgraded us to a suite which was very nice but I will say the the leather furniture was very scratched and old. I think other things outweighed all of that so our stay was wonderful.

Great hotel! Second time I stay there. Super close to everything and with parking under the hotel in their own parking lot. Couldn’t be more convenient.

The shower had mould and the room was hot as it didn’t have air conditioning although the staff was nice enough to provide a fan. Staff was very friendly and the breakfasts were very nice.

Value For Money

Great location. Lounge area is very nice. Breakfast was lovely. Bedding also lovely, along with our view. Only thing not giving this a 10/10 was the bathroom was a little dated but wouldn’t stop me from recommending this hotel to anyone.

I went to Aalborg for Business and was very happy with the accomodation. The hotel was near restaurants and jogging trails. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Great hotel, although the walls are very thin it seems - so if you have an issue with hearing your “neighbor” on the phone or whatnot, you might want to check on that. Nice location and smack in the middle of the city, so can’t get much better if you’re looking at location.

This was originally an SAS hotel. So although well appointed it is not the best radiasson and is a bit functional. OK for v short stay due to its central location.

Good breakfast and location

The room faced the main nightlife street. Drunks yelling and screaming until 7:30 am. Extremely loud. When mentioned to the receptionist they just said “yeah, it’s the weekend” Would have been nice to have been informed that sleep is impossible. Because… weekend

The hotel was really well located for walking/hiking the riverside paths and old town Aalborg, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was really good, with an ample variety of tasty items, and plenty of seating in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was definitely a part of a great impression of the city of Aalborg!

The location is fantastic and close to everything you want to do in Aalborg. The staff is outstanding...very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great...a large variety of choice on what to eat and very tasty!
