Close, but not too close to Piazza San Marco. Friendly and cordial staff made our most enjoyable.

What an amazing hotel, location, history and service. One of a kind. Everything was wonderful. The bed was very firm but the room was perfect. I would run back again soon with the whole family. Fantastic place. Love Venice.

good location, not too busy for crowds as easy access to st marks and grand canal and rialto, without having to walk with the crowds daily as on last visit when stayed neare station end of venice.

Cute property in the middle of the city. Great breakfast and was located within easy walking distance to tourist locations.

The hotel is nice in general but it has a very hot side that we needed to open the window and use a fan in December. The other side of the hotel is good and renovated with better room interior .. Nicolo from the reception was very helpful.

Terrific place to stay in Venice

Lovely, warm and well positioned near San Marco. Really like the atmosphere. Staff C were nice.

Very welcoming hotel and lovely service. The room was lovely and although at the entrance to the stairs it was nice and quiet. The bathroom didn’t have many amenities but they appeared on the second day. Very friendly staff but breakfast was a bit limited.

It was great. Every room was different. The property has a lift, that works very slowly.

I only stayed one night at the propery but the staff let me keep my bag there the next day while I explored the town. Once I came back I was very hot and sweaty, they let me cool down inside and freshen up before leaving town. Much appreciated!

The 2 gentlemen at the front desk during our stay were nice and very diligent. The room was good but smelled cigarette.
