very spacious room, clean and great location close to Bologna main train station and walkable to the city center.

Stayed here for three nights and pleasantly surprised how good and convenient this was. 15min walk from historic centre 5 min walk from central train station. Very clean rooms, adequate space, very quiet. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fantastic breakfast. Would definitely recommend for shirt stayed to explore Bologna, Firenze and Modena (by train).

Fueron flexibles con mi reservación ya que nos pudieron resolver un inconveniente que tuvimos a llegada. Ya que nos pasaron a un departamento que igual es de hotel. El resto de la semana nos ovidaron por completo, peor que in AIRBNB, la ubicación estaba muy sola y peligrosa, muy lejos de centro y de la estación, no hay tiendas o restaurantes cerca. Por lo que nuestro día acababa muy temprano. El lugar muy obscuro y tétrico, paredes muy cortas por lo que se escuchaban las conversaciones de los vecinos

I enjoyed my stay, but didn’t feel particularly welcome. The staff could try smiling. The room was much smaller than the photos led me to believe they would be, and the bedside lighting was fixed and dim meaning you couldn’t read in bed at night.

The location wasn't the greatest. That was manageable. They advertised rooms with AC and the property front desk stated they didn't have working AC in the rooms. Will not be returning to this location.

The room was on top floor and my husband had to bend his head when getting into the room

Room needed updating ceiling was full of water stains. No closet space. Bed was passable. For the amount paid I would look for something else. Only benefit was close to train station.

Safe and close shopping

The staff is wonderful and warm. They were very helpful in arranging taxis for us and answered all of our questions. The location is close to the train station. The facilities require care and renovation. The rooms are ridiculously small and the the bed covers, bedsheets need renewing !! The towels had hair in them - to my shock. I would definetly not stay here again, but it did it's job for the night.

It’s a nice hotel close to the train station and still can walk to the town center. The property is old, but clean and included breakfast was great everyday.

Only there for one night so really just looking for a nice cold bed for the evening. Staff were lovely. Hotel a little tired looking which we didn’t mind at all but the advertised air con was very very poor. I think we would have been colder sleeping outside than in our room.

This place was Tall. Good AC. Bed were fine. Only one pillow. Decent location about five minutes from food and 20 from shopping center. Small shower that is standard it seems. If you are a tall or wide person you probably wont enjoy it much. Staff was great room was clean and comfy. bathroom was clean and bright. Would stay again.

Nice stay. Loved the bikes that were available to borrow with a deposit! Breakfast was a lovely spread and the back patio was delightful.

Brilliant & helpful front-desk staff - did lots to try & sort the issues we encountered - 1) Very poor AC - (room far too hot- hence uncomfortable) - gave us a fan to circulate the hot air. 2) TV not working initially - they did get it to work eventually - but No international channels (CNN/NBC/BBC etc) only Italian ones ! 3) No lift - but staff shuffled rooms to get us ground floor - so didn’t have to get cases upstairs. No tea/coffee facilities in room - but coffee available at reception. At least there was a fridge ! Maybe we expected too much for what’s classified as 3* hotel ?
