Good remodel hotel, very clean

1. I stayed in the hotel for 9 days and not even once the room was cleaned up by housekeeping. 2. The breakfast you advertised on your website is very deceptive and terrible. 3. Your front desk agent that works day time has terrible attitude and customer service skill. The agent that works night shift is very polite and helpful. 4. The bed and the bathroom towels are cheap quality. 5. It is nice that you have work out area, swimming pool and Jacuzzi but the jacuzzi start button doesn't work. 6. The vending machines doesn't work. It took my money three times and didn't give me the water and juice i paid for.

What we like about the property was renovated. I like the floor is not carpeted. What we don’t like the pillows needs to upgraded. The bed too old. I have a red bump itchy on my bottom. Must be a bed bug. We ended washing all our clothes with hot water when we get home. Breakfast just okay but they should at least add fresh fruit like banana and apple. I like the coffee and tea station is 24 hrs.

The carpet in this place is dirty and pulling which means you’re walking on an uneven surface. One window in the hallway on our floor was shattered. I don’t think the carpet has been vacuumed or cleaned in years. Not what I expected for $167 a night.

The carpets were particularly gross and our room smelled bad.

Constant train noise. No good food and trash and homeless all over the area. We were too scared to walk anywhere so we stayed in the motel. Nice room with microwave and fridge but pretty dirty.

The room was very big and spacious, but the weed smell and a few little tiny things made it a little uncomfortable. But when I did bring up the issues that I had, they were solved pretty quickly.

Dirty toilets, dirty carpets, first room had a leaking toilet, pool water looked a little murky.

Was doing some outside pressure washing . Pool and hot tub had a smell

Fairly clean property. Elevator could have used some work, paint peeling. The pool is on the ground floor, so the floors were wet most of the time. Rooms were ok, beds comfortable, everything worked. The toilet/shower could have been touched up.

Cons: Hot tub left a nasty brown crusty residue on my skin, pool doesn’t look clean and apparently neither is the hot tub. Found hairs and stains on the towels. Lots of loose hardware in the bathroom area. Breakfast includes toast, waffles, and oatmeal. Pros: Beds were clean and neat. Shower worked well. Staff was pleasant. Noise wasn’t too bad and AC/fans worked well. Overall not terrible for a short stay, just had some things that grossed me out. Place needs more attention to detail.

The toilet kept going on by itself all night. Shower dripping. Waffles and oatmeal for breakfast. The front desk people were very gracious and accommodating but they cant fix plumbing issues.

Very nice stay. Room great..clean ,comfortable, amenities, staff pleasant, quiet, good breakfast (waffles wonderful),good coffee, comfortable bed. Doing some remodeling which looks like it will be even better than we experienced. Didn't use the indoor pooler exercise equipment.

The building is not updated. Needs new paint. Old carpet. Room was clean and descent but not the rest of the building. Sketchy area

Ghetto, lame breakfast. The paint on the elevator walls was peeling like crazy.

We specifically got this hotel because of the indoor pool. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was slightly warm. I was really looking forward to that hot tub. The outlet in our room came out of the wall as well as the toilet paper holder. The shower bar was broke and it just drooped. You can hear everything going on outside of your room, every person in the hall, next door, or above you. Their breakfast was a joke. It was waffles, oatmeal or cold cereal. They didn't even have coffee hot and ready. I kept going back and forth to my car to check on things and every time I went past the front desk there was nobody there.

Property is runned down, needs some upkeep. Some of the faucets needed to be tightened. Elevator had a large spot of peeling paint. Right next to the freeway, about 5 minutes from center of town. Walls appeared paper thin. Bed and pillow were comfotable

Our toilet handle broke first night. We assumed the staff housekeeping would see it and address it the next day. Didn't even clean the room of give us clean towels. Carpet is old and wrinkled, and seems dingy.
