Nice a beautiful facility with very friendly staff. Rooms are great. Only very minute small issues - Note: for people not well mobile, the rooms in the "slottet" have steep stairs.

Great staff and clean room

3rd floor rooms were small and difficult to move around in due to angled ceilings. Paint could use some touch ups. Social areas and pool tables were enjoyed by kids in our family. Food was quite good and people were very nice.

Modern, very comfortable hotel. Pleasant, efficient check in. Great public areas for relaxing, sunning,enjoying a glass of wine. Very comfortable bed. Big screen TV with many channels. Room smallish, but quite nice. Nice bathroom with great towels and wonderful toiletries. Only problem was water on floor when showering. Renovation going on for several rooms, but did not interfere with our stay. Restaurant looked great, but we did not eat there. Definitely recommend.

After staying many times in Copenhagen stayed here and did not disappoint. Wish had done it before. Good meals at restaurant and breakfast.

Nice rooms. Enjoyed the restaurant meals and breakfast. (Danes make great bread!). Wifi was very temperamental. Must be something odd going on as I can imagine this was standard. Overall very good stay.

A nice friendly hotel with a good restaurant.

Rooms are really nice, breakfast is awesome. The surrounding areas could be nicer/cleaner. No ac and the room was extremely hot.

Hotel has a motel type of experience. Work in progress on the grounds which will look good when finished. Very pleased that they provided very nice gluten free rolls for me.

I came by car. There were two weddings in the hotel, so the small parking lot was full. But it was not difficult to park nearby. The rooms are all in the ground floor around an internal area. The room decoration, with old stuff, creates a cozy atmosphere. In the breakfast, there was a table reserved for our room. I think people from the weddings were still there and the breakfast rooms were full. Without a GPS, it would be difficult for a foreigner find easily the hotel, mainly at night, returning from Viking performance and St Hans celebration at Frederikssund.

Helt fint værelse og god mad i restauranten.

Super lækker mad og morgenmad

Værelset var ikke stort, men rent og pænt. Fine bruseforhold på badeværelset. Gode parkeringsforhold lige udenfor værelset, og ingen betaling herfor. Vi fik tjekket ind kl.15,30 som lovet. Vi var ved hotellet kl.14,30 tilbragte lidt tid i deres gårdhave med en velskænket fadøl, lidt dyr 75 kroner men ok. I weekenden morgenmad indtil kl.10, det er jo ok, efter en fest, men der manglede brød og pålæg, da vi kom kl.9,30 og der blev ikke fyldt op, så lidt spartansk. Personalet var venlige.
