I was in Puertollano for a quick business trip; I only stayed a night. The hotel is situated about a 5 minute walk from downtown where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is a fairly old building so things like the bathrooms and rooms are a bit dated in terms of amenities or quality. Other than that, the hotel staff, cleanliness and service was quite good.

Room was very hot, located on same floor as sauna. Only mirror was in the bathroom, hence getting ready was a problem. Toilet paper fairly inaccessible, you needed to be a contortionist to use any ! It rained one night and was kept awake by constant dripping onto the roof. Staff were friendly. Located within walking distance of town, so no need for the car. Large bed very comfortable.

The Tryp hotel was conveniently located to the downtown area, although it was a good 20 minute walk from the train. The staff was very accomodating and the room was very spacious. We felt very safe in Puertollano, a quiet little town with very few tourists but still plenty to do. There weren't many choices for hotels, but the Tryp was good in every way.

Personal muy amable. Lo están renovando y lo necesita porque las habitaciones están bastante anticuadas. En mi caso no había secador y la nevera no funcionaba. Las paredes habría que insonorizarlas porque se escucha todo. Respecto al parking, es muy difícil encontrar en los alrededores y es bastante caro el del hotel.

La atención bien, personal amable. Las instalaciones y habitaciones viejas y cutres, no hay buena relación calidad-precio. Detalles como que no había gel y champú en el dispensador del baño o que había tomate triturado con moho en el desayuno. Lo dicho, mala relación calidad-precio.

Auténtica porquería de hotel. Su estado es de motel de carretera. Los empleados unos catetos.

El personal, habitaciones, limpieza, fantásticos. Por poner alguna pega, el aparcamiento del hotel es amplio, aunque el acceso si el coche es de perfil bajo o tiene mucha delantera, costará sacarlo y entrarlo.

Câmera spaziosa, ma mura divisorie un po sottili, si sente tutto ciò che accade nella stanza vicina.

Detalles de cuatro estrellas para este hotel de tres: la habitación muy buena, destacando la cama y la TV. Otros temas positivos fueron el WiFi, el desayuno, la calidad del sueño, la limpieza y la atención del personal. El exterior del hotel no es agraciado puesto que se encuentra en una calle pequeña sin encanto. Un detalle mejorable, en nuestra habitación la taza del WC estaba muy cerca del lavabo.
