El servicio es excelente. No me gustó los restaurantes mexicano y de carne. Recomiendo más el Colonial.

Good on hospitality and transportation when needed ,not to good on the buffet dinning , but steak house was great and hibachi restaurant was great and entertainment was great

Worse experience the plugs did not have no electricity the food lines were crazy

We spent 5 nights at RIU Bambu, this was most certainly a memorable trip and we enjoyed our time there. We travelled with our 4.5 year old son, he enjoyed to the fullest, lots of choices for pools, depths that you can go for. Food experience was excellent at all the buffet cuisines they have, tons of options to pick from. Kulinarium was one of the gourmet restaurants, you have to book in advance, but it was average in our opinion. We never made it to the Palm Beach (steakhouse) restaurant, they need reservations, it was always busy and everyday there was a big lineup. All the sport activities were very good, beautiful private beach, nice waterpark, and 24hr doctor! Highly recommend for families with small kids.

I would pick the Palace over Bambu. It's so out dated, and needs a 100 updates. Food options is terrible, and food itself is terrible. Now the drinks be hitting, but that's it. Beach is beautiful. Rooms is outdated, and smell like mold. Our whole bed had to be replaced because it had mold on mattress n box spring. Sheets had stains on them, so they replaced them. Make you get rooms in front, because there in better condition and close to everything. The walking is crazy for other rooms, and they have no elevators. Pools need updates , because their missing tiles, and had rust spots. Entertainment is terrible, but the theme parties is a cool little vibe. (Pink n Neon). None of the employees speak English, so it's hard to ask for anything. Eat at Jellyfish Restaurant and Captain Hook, their pretty good places off the resort. Plus use Ubers, because they taxing for Taxi. $80 taxi cost $12 with Uber. Very disappointed, and they have cats everywhere. Not ever again for me...
