Only place to eat was a Waffle House. I am from the south where we have Waffle House's on every other corner.

She’s responsive, easy to talk to, and always ready to keep the conversation flowing. Everything has felt smooth and natural, without any stress or frustration. I feel comfortable and at ease around her. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Very convienent with shuttle service to hotel and back to airport to get my rental car.

Everything was great with the expecting of check in. Granted we did check in late (between 12am-1am), when we arrived we waited 10 minutes before someone checked us in. We tried saying “excuse me” to see if anyone was in the back room and got no answer. We called the main phone and it just kept ringing and nobody got up to get it. Finally, I went on the Hilton app and messaged for help and she must have been alerted then that someone was waiting to be checked in. All of this didn’t bother me so much, but what bothered me most was that she didn’t even apologize that we had been waiting. She walked out from the back room (which was a second walk to the desk) and just stared at me until I said something.. not even a “I’m so sorry or how can I help you?” This part was a poor experience. But the facility overall was great!

The property was clean and nice, but the parking spots are so small you can barely fit in and get out of your car. We're small people.

Not your usual hotel. A step above.

Rooms were very clean and roomy. Staff was very nice and very accommodating with their shuttle service. Especially after my flight got canceled and they were able to get me a room again for another night

The room was clean and comfortable. There aren't stores nearby and only 2 options for eating, but overall a lovely place for an overnight stay near the airport.

Room was clean as was the hotel in general. Large room.

General run down feeling to the public areas and room. Pool was not very nice and our son opted not to swim due to the appearance of the water.

The people at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hotel was spotless and the room had everything we needed. The children had a great time at the pool!

I had a wonderful time staying here it was so peaceful on my floor that it helped me enjoy my first solo gateway that I really needed and the room was nice and clean and very spacious and I loveeeee that walk in shower
