Great location, really nice rooms and bathrooms. Reception staff were brilliant. L'Occitaine shampoos (if that's your thing) didnt have breakfast but was 20 euros per person - and looked good. will be staying again

Room was perfect! Not too small and everything was clean and modern. Bottle of wine was such a nice touch. They provided water each day as well. Loved the location! We walked to attractions and took train back in the evening.

Overall, the room was a bit small, but the staff, lobby, amenities, and location were great. One thing we noticed was that the lobby had a strange smell, I’m assuming it was from old plastic ornaments, but it wasn’t pleasant.

The hotel was very nice and very well located. Staff was friendly, especially the guy in the evening who I do not remember his name. The only reason I won’t give five stars it is because when I wanted to reserve a taxi to the airport the only option was paying 75 euros, which is higher than the established rate at the airport. The attitude (girl at the front desk) was a little rude when I started asking questions about it.

Everything was in excellent condition, the staff were warm and welcoming, there was a gift (a bottle of wine) and the location was fantastic.

Hotel is well located for Gare du Nord if arriving by Eurostar. Pleasant staff, great view of Sacre Coeur from our rooms. Rooms are small but standard for Paris with nice bathrooms. We had two rooms for a family visit - neither of them had working USB charging ports so bring an adaptor for your chargers. Breakfast was basic and not in the nicest space - small, completely silent (play some music!) with basic offerings. Go out - loads of good cafes and bars around the hotel. Would return, just eat out.

The staff were great - really friendly and welcoming. Room quite small but great bed and good sized bathroom . Good breakfast with variety of food . A coffee machine in room would have been nice but there was a free machine in lobby

Shout out to the really lovely and friendly staff at reception (especially during the day). Very comfortable and stylish room with lovely balcony. Really high quality toiletries included. A great location for access to both sightseeing/tourism and the main train stations.

Room was clean. They cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Staff was friendly.

Enjoyed our night here - in a great area, walkable to Galleries Lafayette and several passages. Lots of dining and shopping options. Bed was very comfy and the staff were very friendly.

Great location and all amenities were as described in the information when booking. Unusually for France, the staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Room was a good size, shower was reasonably powerful. Room was made up each day and bottled water provided. Couldn’t fault it.

Room service food was poor but nice clean and quiet though not a pretty neighborhood

Personalized Service , staff members are extraordinarily helpful specially Monsieur Philippe who I love dearly and became a part of my travel life, my fixers always ready to help and aid in any situation, my “doctor “ without being in the medical settings and of course, my dear Mèlodie , my best nurse! Love you all!
