Cama e lençóis ótimos, banho morno a frio de noite, água não esquentou… somente no outro dia, q o dia estava mais quente. Linha telefônica estava desligada, pedi q fossem avaliar e fui prontamente atendida e realmente estava sem funcionar. Café da manhã bem servido.

Problemas com o 1º quarto cheiro ar condicionado máquina de café avariada o que me obrigou a mudar solicitação imediatamente aceite e apoiada pela recepção. O pequeno almoço pouco diversificado incluindo a fruta. O melhor que o hotel tem é o seu pessoal de serviço.

Amei ficar nesse hotel. Os funcionários são muito acolhedor e o serviço e incrível. A localização nem se fala, e perfeita.

We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff were very friendly and catered to all our needs. We would particularly like to thank Liae, Samantha, Julu and Gabriel for looking after us so well. We will definitely recommend the hotel to all our family and friends

The condition of the bathroom in the room was not pleasant. Very old, poor lighting, poor water pressure.

Great value hotel. Clean rooms, good service, and amazing location. Would definitely stay again

Room was loud. Housekeeping didn’t come before 4 PM. Blow dryer didn’t work. No hot water. In general room in poor quality. Front desk never answered the phone. Didn’t return my deposit when I checked out and charged me an extra 400$ for no reason. I caught this on my credit card bill and they said they’re going to fix it, but have not done so yet.

Great service, amazing location and very helpful staffs. I had a late flight and they let me to stay a litter longer, I'm very thankful for that. Excellent room, very clean, I really recommend this hotel.

Serviceable hotel for a short business trip.

Under COVID conditions nothing is normal so the best you can hope for is a great staff, cleanliness and a good breakfast. 5 stars on all of those
