The hotel and the entrance to the room from the outside look very nice and luxurious but the inside of the room is quite old, the glass overlooking the walking street is covered with a layer of transparent glue which is not very nice, the swimming pool in the picture looks sparkling but in reality is quite small.

The staff is very friendly and the security guard is very rude. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very old. The bath towels don't look clean. The space is small and the soundproofing is not good. You can hear noises. The room fee is 200,000 VND, a bit high.

The hotel often has problems. The swimming pool is under maintenance. Asked to choose a room with a nice view (price is higher than other rooms) but the view is facing the wall. The receptionist gave me the wrong room. 4 stars are worse than 3 stars.

Okay, I chose the highest room on the 13th floor so the view is nice and there is a balcony. You can message me on ig to ask for a review and I will reply. Also, the room on the 13th floor does not have a bidet huhu 🥺 there are only tissues. And I think the service is okay because there are not enough things in the room but I asked for them to be replenished but they still forgot or something.

khách sạn đã quá cũ , không có ổ điện cắm sạc ở đầu giường, totel không có nước xịt, bảo vệ không nhiệt tình , đồ đạc khách phải tự đưa lên phòng, nhân viên rất tệ. Bãi đậu xe phí rất cao 300k/ đêm

My room is just above the kitchen. I don't understand what sound start 4 am,. 6 am - 11am when customers started having breakfast, my room can heard the sound of chairs. Can't sleep the whole night like having dj party in my room.

The restaurant did not cook steak as I wanted, brought me another steak different type of beef very tough. I was concerned that your management was going to make her pay for kitchen mistakes. Current travelers do not use bathtub but shower, it is very dangerous for older patrons.

Long check-in, Reception does not recommend breakfast! I wrote that I checked in at 6:00 pm and the next day I checked in late but didn't say anything? And the next day, 12:00 pm asked me to check out. Dirty room, not clean
