Parking was valet, nice folks, prompt and polite. Room clean and well made. Breakfast Buffett should offer additional fruit choices.

Is convenient because, is right in the center of the city... Walking distance to the center park, restaurants and taxis.

Clean room, nice maid, helpful staff. The AC is set at a specific temperature so it is not possible to adjust it. There were moments when it was too hot.

The room I was given was facing the sun all day and the air conditioning was not working to cool the room. I inquired about switching rooms or a fan but the lady working the reception desk was rude and said nothing was available. A few days later I asked another lady working the desk and the maintenance man provide a fan to use. I was able to switch rooms the last two nights of my stay to a cooler room. I find it unacceptable to be treated so poorly by your staff and the hotel will not be the first choice for any of my family visits.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

The front desk staff, assistant manager were all very nice. Manager Alejandro briseno was completely inept. When we checked in our first room had broken chair, broken luggage rack, dirty bedding, dirty coffee cups, no working thermostat. 2nd room had no hot water no ac out room got up to 81 F. 3rd room... No coffee in room broken cups but at least had hot water. Breakfast was meatballs cauliflower and broccoli one am. Restaurant in hotel not open. No room service. We never use room service anyway. When we went back to airport we were told for $100 pesos we could get ride as opposed to Uber being $231 so we secured hotel shuttle back to airport on 5th. On day we were leaving car was there, front desk girl spoke w driver said our ride would still be $100 pesos. There was bank across street we were going to take more $$ out if need be. Front desk driver said $100 was ok. At airport my husband was almost assaulted by driver. Driver refused to give us our bags until we gave him $300 pesos. Security and the police were involved. I don't know how this hotel has the rating it has. There is no way. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and that's saying a lot due to the fact I'm a flight attendant.

The room was always clean and the beds made. The staff from the cleaners to the receptionists and valet were always super friendly.

Very spacious and comfortable room. The location is superb -- it's only a few steps away from the cathedral. There was no need to use the car since most attractions are within walking distance.
