Hotel is centrally located to the cathedral, restaurant and waking distance to San Marcos .

The room was semi clean, dust on the floor in a lot of places. We walked into the bathroom, hair in the toilet and dust on the floor. Shower head doesn’t adjust. We had a little coffee maker and ice bucket but not coffee nor ice machine on any floor. The place is outdated. Closet door would get stuck every time we opened or closed it. Same with the drawers on the big dresser. Also, the window in our room didn’t open at all, we were in the 3rd floor. My mom was on the 4th floor and her window opened a little at the top. The AC worked great though, lol. Oh, we got the “free” breakfast included, but it only counted for 1 of us, so we had to pay for my bf. We were 2 in a room. Breakfast was ok on some days and other days were better. The location of the hotel was perfect, near everything! We were able to walk to any place. We had rented a car and didn’t need it.

Property in great location. Near restaurants and main streets. Property very old and many glitches. We had no water at one point during our stay. We stay in the 7th floor and our room smell like sewage. We discovered it was a small opening under the sink which it was covered but if you move the cover smell bad :/ beds super hard. Towels missing. I definitely think they have room to upgrade the place. Front desk staff was very nice thought.

Buena ubicación

This hotel is really close to everything, it is a bit older but staff is friendly and helpful. Any issues we had with our room they would fix right away. The only thing our AC did take about our whole stay there to get to a perfect temp. but the room didn't get hot, which was good thing since it was very hot out there!

Everything was perfect and the staff very friendly not to mention its great location.

I asked for a iron twice and never got it. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was not the best.
