I loved the finishes and the bed. The only thing is that i couldn't get the air con to work which wasn't a massive issue since i spent most of the time around the city

Last minute work trip date changes lead me to the NH Jousten. What a pleasant surprise! Central to a lot in Buenos Aires as well as beautiful property. My only request really would be for the addition of international channels on the TV.

The first hours we had a problem with the A/C . Soon we told the front desk they send someone to fix and got worse. The whole night was dripping a lot of water . We made the front desk know about the water all over the floor dripping from the ceiling. They couldn’t fix because was a lot to do with the ceiling with water . After all tries to fix, they were fair and gave us a wonderful room.

This hotel is located in downtown Buenos Aires. I personally didn’t care for the downtown area, but was there for business purposes. The location is convenient and accessible - very close to Puerto Madero shops and restaurants. I found the hotel to be modern, and in very good condition. It was exactly like the pictures online, and is probably the nicest hotel in the area. The price point was very good, and the staff was super helpful and amazing! Overall I would recommend if you need a place to stay for a day or two, or want to be close to the downtown area.

Great location, easy walk to Florida St and port area restaurants. Very nice breakfast.

the staff was not friendly, never offer me upgrading or early check in , they charge it or there was no posibilita for early check in. they tried to give me a roon first Floor , didnt accept, then they give on upper floors. it ese,s threy did not reconized vip acces.

The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was large, but the sound proofing was very poor, I could everything from the room next door and it kept me awake.

Friendly and professional courteous staff at the restaurant. Room while clean but was very small for a 6 night stay. Sleeping was difficult as the clunky elevator was nearby. Customer relations apparently tried to change room but was not successful.

A few days stay to discover Buenos Aires before boarding cruise ship. Great location and convenient.
