It’s an ok hotel for a couple nights

The hotel was beautiful and the room luxurious and clean.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was fine, but not great. I would stay here again.

Staff very helpful. Room was nice. AC about like AC in most of Europe. Great bar. Don’t even think about driving to the royal palace. The star will arrange a cab.

Gorgeously appointed Baroque design outside and in. Collection of Italian Borone ceramics throughout the hotel.

They had a money exchange, they did not. You never answered the phone when you call about changing the air conditioning. It was way too hot in the room. The whole stay and the transparency, and they list on their page is not what they provide.

Splendid grand building and beautiful great hall with tasteful classical decorations. A good base to stay for visiting Rylal Palace of Caserta. Staff are friendly and professional. Room is clean, quite and comfortable. After extremely tense sometimes chaotic driving and parking in Sorrento-Amalfi region it was a huge relief to park in hotel's wide open courtyard!

This hotel was amazing, the inside of the hotel was beautiful and the room we had was very spacious, with a jetted bathtub/shower combo. There weŕe also light switches by the bed on both sides to turn on/off all the lights in the room which was extremely convenient. The dining at the hotels restaurant for dinner and for the breakfast buffet were both extremely delicious. The hotel was in an industrial area, nowhere near the center of naples, but for a quick stop on our way back north to get some rest before flying home, this hotel was exactly what we needed. The building was starting to show its age, but none of that detracted from how amazing our stay was. The spa services provided were top notch and exactly what we needed after a long vacation filled with constant walking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a night in and a spa day to wrap up a vacation, it was amazing.

We loved our stay here! After 20h of travel, the spa was a life saver. It was open until 9pm which was a nice surprise, and had amazing amenities. Sauna with herbs, steam room, pool, hot tub, spa showers, etc. The room was simple (we booked the standard room with 2h spa), but it was great for the one-night we were here. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend if you are wanting to stop somewhere near Naples airport for a night before heading out to your destination.

The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow.

This is a great hotel--staff are attentive, the rooms are comfortable, and their restaurant serves excellent food and a wonderful breakfast buffet (everything from eggs to meats to pancakes to yogurt to pastries). It is conveniently located 10 minutes or so from the train station and royal palace. One negative is the street hustlers in the area washing car windshields, etc. In short, you're not going to take a walk around the neighborhood. However, the hotel is like a little fortress with locked gates all around. You feel safe and at-home inside. For the price, I highly recommend Grand Hotel Vanvitelli.
