I like the hospitality and great customer service from all employees.

This hotel is perfect. My family and I had an issue with a different reservation which I had to immediately cancel. We found this hotel and the front desk employees were professional and amazing. The rooms were great. The hotel has their own restaurants and bar. All employees that we interacted with were very polite and professional. Also, there is a shopping center about 3 minutes from the hotel and it also has a supermarket. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel – it absolutely surpassed all my expectations! The property is enormous and beautifully maintained. I had no idea it’s actually the largest hotel in Antigua, and it truly feels grand in every way. The entire place was spotless – everything from the common areas to my room was immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. The decor was tasteful and welcoming, giving the hotel a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The customer service here is top-tier – I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. Room service was available every day and always timely. If you’re visiting Antigua and want a hotel that delivers on space, cleanliness, service, and overall quality, this is the one. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and seamless experience.

The place is great, the landscape is gorgeous, the rooms are comfy and I like the fact that they have a wood burning chimney. What will have me thinking twice on coming back is that they will nickel and dime you for just about everything. They don't allow you to bring food or drinks from outside, understandable. We went to enjoy the outdoor pool, but the bar didn't have any staff, towels are hard to get, because the stages off.

My experience at hotel soleil wasn’t pleasant. I’m not the one to leave negative reviews but this time I thought I share my experience. Sauna area was not clean and had a funky smell. The jacuzzi looked old and outdated, didn’t enjoy it at all. I had ordered food from the pool side restaurant but wasn’t satisfied with the food quality. So I have decided to order food from a local restaurant but when I went to pick it up at the lobby I was held by security who told me food from outside wasn’t allowed in property. Then I was confronted by the manager, I literally felt like a little kid being scolded it was terrible! I couldn’t wait to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.
