Good location, good service, good food

Interior was a little dated but still nice, The food was average. Staff were excellent, except one rude lady who made ourselves pay for dinner before we had finished eating, it is a shame as we wanted desert.

Amazing Stay – Exceeded Our Expectations! Our family of six (four adults and two kids) had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating a family reunion and my son's birthday. Everything was beyond our expectations – from the cleanliness and amenities to the exceptional service and delicious breakfast. After a disappointing experience at a hotel in Cappadocia, this hotel truly restored our faith in Turkey's hospitality. A special thanks to a staff member (I believe his name was Vayser?) who went above and beyond to help us during the March protests in Istanbul. Due to police roadblocks, we were unable to drive to the hotel after an exhausting eight-hour journey from Cappadocia. He kindly assisted us in bringing our car to the hotel, and we are incredibly grateful for his kindness and support. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Great customer service, caring and attentive staff always trying to assist. Good location, easy access to public transportation.

Rooms were very warm with air conditioning turned off. Please consider adding a self serve laundry.

it a good property , but many floors need to make rehabilitation job , the room in 5 th floor had dirty carpet and the beds are very old and not comfortable at all.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. Whoever cleans the room didn’t check that the liquid soap was empty for two days until we called and asked for soap. The bathtub drain was full of hair so the water wouldn’t drain out due to the clog while taking a shower. Beds and pillows aren’t comfy at all. The elevators in this hotel was the worst experience , crowded every morning and the breakfast lineup was so long. Needs a lot of improvement.

Lovely hotel. Immediate surroundings a little difficult to negotiate. All transport links were good once you knew your way about more, but overcrowded!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, gave me a broken bed , refused to fix it, no amenities listed are available , better off going to a hostel

THE LAST DAYS WAS TERRIBLE, EVEN I MADE THE RESERVATION LONG BEFOER THAT.THEY ASKED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BECAUSE AS THEY CLAIM THEY HAD A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM IN THE FLOOR BUT IT WAS NOT TRUE.

Hotel quality was great. Staff and management very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exultant. Hotel restaurant was great especially Turkish coffee and sweets was excellent. I loved this place and the entire staff and management. I missed this place and I would love to stay here when I go on vacation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and very safe area .

The service is very great and the front desk staff responds to our needs and requests very quickly and efficiently and I would like to thank Mr,Turgut Colak and his staff Kammal , Serdar for their support and patience .

THE RECEPITION STAFF ARE VERY FRENDLY AND HELPFULAND DO THIER BEST TO HELP THE GUEST SPECILLY I WISH TO THANK MR.SARDAR AND MR. KAMEL AND ALSO THE RESTURANT STAFF

Staff spoke little English, so difficult to communicate except concierge who was v helpful Also only supplied2 x 330mls of water said extra bottles chargeable, although booked triple room

The hotel super old, rooms are super small, not correct shown detail. Shower water and bathroom sink not running properly, tv is smal as laptop, view is suck, they have a starbucks at the bar but dont even try(they dont even know whats half and half creamer) first and last stay, waisted,
