The staff did not care to assist me in any way. My sofa bed was not made up. They asked me to open it myself, telling me the linens, pillows and the towels are all already inside. When I asked if the sheets and everything was new or has been sitting around inside the bed for a while , the answer I was given was “ I think so, I don’t know”. I asked if housekeeping can come to take care of this and was told they don’t do that. I wouldn’t trust the cleanliness of these sheets or pillows. When the sofa bed was opened, everything was so wrinkled and looked very unkempt. Not a pleasant look or a comfortable sleep sensation. Poorly done.

The hotel was very nice and the service at the restaurant was fantastic! Also jacuzzi was great! Would definitely stay at this hotel again :)

The hotel is in a very nice spot. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation which wasn't shown on hotels.com. The checkout also differed during the summer period which we luckily spotted at the last minute. The WIFI didn't work either. Kind of brings the overall impression down. The view was great, the staff was friendly and the food very delicious.

The location is great especially if you’re heading to or from Gotland. The hotel is quite dated but not in bad condition just old design. We stayed there the hottest night of the year 2020 and the our sub terrain room was too warm for comfort and sleep. If you drive an electric car be avare that there are only 2 parking slots available for charging rated at single phase 10A. Friendly staff served an ok meal much better than dining at the ferry. If they solve the charging for a Tesla we’ll be back.

Stayed only one night but really enjoyed the location and the views.

Had a pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Corallen, situated right on the edge of the Baltic Sea. Great view from our room (and probably almost all rooms). Friendly staff and good breakfast too. One drawback IMO was the lack of proper night blinders. Normal dark hanging curtains is not enough to really contain nordic summer morning sunrises, and a room that becomes pretty light again already around 04.10 in the morning is hard to sleep well in if you - like me - is sensitive to that. But the sunrise view was spectacular.

Thoroughly enjoyed a short stay at this great location. Relaxed atmosphere and good staff made it a very pleasant experience

I never checked in at this hotel. The reservation was made in error, not realizing that the hotel is 80 kilometers away from Kalmar. When searching for hotels in Kalmar, this hotel was given as a place to stay. This is a mistake by Expedia, to provide a hotel suggestion that is 80 kilometers away from the destination. I instead stayed at the Best Western Plus in Kalmar at additional cost. As a result, I am requesting a refund for the reservation at the Corallen hotel.

Dejligt hotel ved vandet, med en god restaurant. Værelserne er lidt slidte, men en godt hotel hvor jeg har boet flere gange.
