Normally have a great stay but tonight waited one hour for my meal and eventually gave up, walked out, and caught a Taxi into town for dinner. A fabulous pizza at Bella, which are always great.

Close to town and safe parking.

The Mercure was a wonderful stay and would definitely go there again. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was calm and relaxing. Close to main shopping area and pool was refreshing

If you’re looking for a nice hotel for a short stay in Alice Springs before heading out to see the Red Center, then Mercure is a great choice.

Showers should have grab bars and non-slip flooring.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at for a long while...

I could have easily added a few extra days on to my stay at this hotel. It was ideally located, the room well appointed. The staff were attentive, although i did feel some of the more newer staff could have done with more training., otherwise, it was a perfect stay...

Good location, good restaurant.

Mercure Resort was a lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. The resort is an easy walk to town. The WiFi was spotty at times. And I wish the food offerings at breakfast were hotter. But I would definitely recommend this resort.

Ok hotel , nice swimming pool. The restaurant menu is poor ,limited choice and its the only hotel in the Southern Hemisphere where I've ever been charged for water with a meal
