Long line to check in but employee had excellent customer service and she was alone checking in.

Hotel is under construction, it is loud right off the road. Inside was dirty and in need of repairs. Our toilet was non functional

Friendly staff, breakfast was okay with a decent variety. Facility is clean but needs new carpet; which does seem to be under renovations so I think they are moving in the right direction. Would stay again

It was in an area that made it easy to get food and shop for necessities. Staff were generally pretty friendly and helpful.

The hotel was dirty in the hallway, needs new carpet, flooring.

The hotel looks very different than the pictures online the main floors of all of the hallways are very dirty and I was just not impressed with the lack of cleanliness. It took a long time to check in because the lady in the front desk was falling asleep so she had to keep waking up to finish what she was doing. The breakfast was pretty good except at maybe 30 minutes before the time finished, there was nothing being brought out and we were told that it was because they hadn't received their shipment and they would have more food tomorrow.

Property was dirty , i know things happends but they put me on a room were the mini fridge was licking . Notify about it right away and make me wait for 45 minutes before they decide to swicth to another room

Updating rooms. Painted hallways, but carpet not yet replacef. Love the updated rooms!

The location was great right off the 710 highway and there were a lot of shops around. The hotel was under renovation and the first floor was completely gutted.

I booked a double room queen and when I checked in it only had one bedroom. We needed two bedrooms and they did nothing to help us out. We left.
