Disappointed! Breakfast was mediocre.

It has the location I was looking for

Very clean, nice room. Comfortable bed, big desk area to put your things or to sit and eat, but only one chair. Perfect location to walk across the street to the mall. No mini fridge. Breakfast was okay.

Great location, clean room, we had a great stay!

Bathroom had a used towel left on the shower curtain rod, and the tub didn’t divert the water to the shower head properly so there wasn’t a great water pressure. AC worked well and the rest of the room was clean and worked well for us.

My family and I stayed at WEM Inn for 3 nights, 2 days and the description of having access to all amenities such as a bowling alley and things alike was deceiving as none of these activities are on site. Everything listed is at the mall for an additional cost. The service was not terrible for it being a smaller site in comparison to larger major chain hotels. It is well kept however, I would not recommend for long stays. The free breakfast option although available, going to a nearby Denny's may work better in anyone's favor. I unfortunately would not return.

Clean and good breaky

Staff was phenomenal and the hotel location is so convenient.

The shower in the room didn’t work very well and there was no food vending machines accessible, if you wanted a snack or drink you had to go down to the front desk and the Hotel front desk attendant had to unlock the food and drink cupboard and you had to purchase it at the front desk. Very inconvenient

Close to the mall, literally right across the street.

The breakfast started too late in the day for me to take advantage of it.

Check in person not very friendly and didnt feel welcome

The TV and shower didn’t work properly. No breakfast choices for a celiac.

It’s ok as a crash pad if you’re spending all your time at the mall

Clean, quiet and right across from the mall. Can’t complain. :)

Needs microwave in the room for snacks.

The stars of this property are it's staff, cleanliness and location proximate to the West Edmonton Mall. The staff want you to enjoy your stay and will go the extra mile to make that happen. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. I will stay here again!
