Compared to my previous visit, this experience was exceptional—I would confidently give it five stars. Cutter provided outstanding service; he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I’d also like to commend Lashawnna for her impeccable work in maintaining my room. It was spotless and beautifully maintained, a true testament to her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication. Amazing

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Lamar the courtesy shuttle transported by parents and grandparents and family members which made it easy for us to be together and not have to worry about mobility. Free breakfast and the ribs at the restaurant has made this my “go to “ location for future visits .

The property is older, but always clean. The restaurant in the hotel is a nice bonus and breakfast there is great.

Checkin was easy. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room is spacious and overlooking the courtyard.

This place really needs to be either remodeled or extremely cleaned. We will not stay here again. Outside of our room was an empty liquor bottle and there are ciggeratte

Everything BUT the room was elegant at the Elegante Hotel. The room felt lifeless and offered minimal accommodations like nowhere in the room was a usb plug-in. Even the funky falling apart motels in the hood gave usb ports. lol I mean this room was plain with outdated furniture and to the bathroom WAS REALLY SMALL. Oh but you walk downstairs into the lobby and everything is sparkling and up to date. Fancy conference rooms I have no access to is why I paid $113 for a room. Honestly I feel cheated.

Although parking was a bit scarce due to the many outside events going on in the hotel’s ballroom & conference rooms daily, our overall stay was very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was the highlight of our stay. It was outstanding. Also the bar and pool staff were really nice and professional. I’ll definitely be staying again when I visit the area.

I waited over an hour and a half at the front desk because the computer was running slow so the front desk clerk asked me to book the room on my phone . I did and she said there was no reservations for me but I received a itinerary number and was provided a receipt for the room on my phone. She put me in a room and as soon As I got in bed she called me to come to the front desk to sign a disclosure document. Then at check out we were late for a church service that we drove to beaumont texas for because a different lady said the computer was running slow and I had to wait to make sure everything was complete before I left the hotel. This is unacceptable and unprofessional service we were provided with.

Despite it older aesthetic the service quality is well managed and comfortable, for the price it a great option over more know competitors

I had to request two days in a row for housekeeping to clean the room.
