Lovely hotel not to busy staff all very helpful and room cleaned beautifully every day

The hotel is beautiful great service from the moment you arrive from concierge staff to restaurant staff. everyone is so polite. in particular we would like to say thank you to rashed our housekeeper he always did an amazing job daily cleaning our room. thank you to everyone.

The hotel was lovely, room clean and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and beach. The food was excellent. The only down side was that I got charged twice for my room. After initially being told that it would take 30 days to return my money, I enquired further and the money was refunded in 2 days.

Fantastic week away, a proper hotel with traditional 1st class service values…

Overall it’s a nice resort but the rooms are dated. My room smelled and while on-the-surface it was clean but behind things are not clean. The food was reasonably good. The staff were very friendly. The landscape around the pool and beach can be much better. Good for the money.

Top notch in every aspect!

Hotel room pristine, modern and clean, but for the price the breakfast was not good enough - having to queue and then eat in what felt like a bustling market.

Everyone was lovely there Filipa (I don’t know if I remember her name correctly), Main, Theo, and the whole team! The pool is great! The beach is great! Only couple pieces of advice, the sports desk should be a bit more friendly and smile (like the concierge and front desk who are amazing!) and also I wish the upstairs balcony area of the cafe was open at night as it would be great for traditional and Muslim friendly hangout for families, because the Belgium bar is not an option and some of us want to stay up late with our families and have something to eat late night and hangout. All in all a great hotel!
